The numbers displayed upfront make properties seem far more affordable than they actually are, but once you visit to view the property , the real prices are significantly higher. It feels like the platform is intentionally presenting unrealistic figures to draw people in, which creates a false sense of what the market actually looks like. This kind of pricing inconsistency makes it hard to trust these people.
- CDChris DisslerMay 1, 20261.0Good luck if you buy SuckLots Homes. Four years in, and this house has turned into a constant reminder of rushed, careless work. I’m now out $1,500 fixing an AC refrigerant leak that never should’ve happened if it had been installed correctly. The flooring is already coming apart because it was clearly slapped down with no attention to detail, and the carpet was so poorly done it’s bunching up like it was a DIY job gone wrong. It honestly feels like quality was ignored at every step. Dealing with issue after issue like this is exhausting, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t go near this kind of build again.

He has walked us through everything every step of the way, helped us navigate financing issues that came up along the way, showed us every model in there, and even answers the phone on his day off (Sorry Shawn. I'm impatient, lol). We also briefly worked with Carl, and he has been very helpful and responsive as well. We really appreciate the team you have in place.
