  We had a spectacular experience with this roofing company. Their estimate was higher than some competitors for complete roof replacement. However, I truly believe you get what you pay for. John Scott personally handled our deal from start to finish. His strong handshake let us know right away that he is a man of his word. He completely delivered on every single promise. The crew did an amazing job on the roof. They were polite and respectful of our property. It was worth every penny for this level of quality! We highly recommend them!

  Had him out to do a estimate about 2 months ago. Got a few other estimates and decided on John Scott. Left a message with his secretary and we set a time for him to stop to sigh the contract. This was going to be a cash deal, and he never showed. Never put me on his appointment book. I called and asked to verify time and they said noon. 2pm never showed. Said he was running behind. Called at 4 hes on a different appointment. So why dont he show? I liked the job on my neighbors house so that was the reason I chose him. Found out he never put me in his appointment book and refused to return my calls. Finally got a message on my voice mail and it said basically price have gone way up and he could honer the estimate and is very busy and has no time for work. So I guess dont call him hes busy and if he refuses a cash job, hes probably not going to except anyone else's. I highly recommend going to anyone else but this company!

  I have tried since May 29th to make contact just to get a quote for repair. They have a great reputation locally but I just cannot get them to respond to me. I had to go with a competitor that answers their contact page. If you offer digital communications you need to monitor them. Other contractors text, answer emails, and generally make themselves available the way people actually communicate in 2026. If I hear back from them, I will remove this review.

  We recently had our roof done with John Scott.It looks Great!What a pleasure it was doing business with a honest contractor,who sits with you and is very thorough answering all your questions and concerns.Very Professional and knowledgable.The crew were hardworking ,polite and Professional. I would highly recommend John Scott and Crew! From start to finish, we are very happy with our roofing experience Thank you very much for a job well done Mr.John Scott,Crew and office staff!
