  First of all, they were great at communications. They informed me promptly when the appointment had to be moved for one hour. Secondly, their technician knows what they are doing. My faucets in a couple of rooms didn’t have enough hot water. Adrian, the technician, looked and found out a fault in the wiring. He fixed it quickly. Hot water was restored! Third, their pricing was reasonable. No gimmicks, all real work. I found Bluefrog on Yelp, and chose them purely on the customer rankings. Yes I made the right choice.

  I set up a tankless water heater flish simple and easy all over text message. Even had same-day service available. Matt arrived early, explained the process and details of the service and how long it would take. The service was completed In the time Matt estimated and thoroughly explained the results. There was no attempts to upsell and the price paid was the price I was quoted. Nothing more. Great job!

  The technician was very courteous but did nothing to fix my problem. The only tool he used was a miniature flashlight with which he used to look inside the tank portion. He showed me how to elevate a part inside the tank that would allow more water to flow in. He also suggested that I replace a part located on the extreme left inside the tank. Otherwise, he did no more than my granddaughter and I had done since the problem started about 24 hours before. He did allow water to run in the sink and the shower to confirm there wasn't any backup. After using my plunger about four times, he said that he was finished and the cost for what he'd done was $285.00 (after senior citizens, veterans (which I am not) and first time customer discounts). He also stated that had I hired a larger company, the bill would have been at least $401.00. The issue was nowhere near resolved when he left my home and needless to say, I ended up contacting another plumber. It is unfortunate that Bluefrog took advantage of me and ripped me off for almost $300. I have a more involved issue with my master bath and had the situation ended differently, Bluefrog might have had a much bigger project. I don't like commenting negatively on people however I must be honest about this. I am a widowed senior citizen with limited income; I can't afford to pay for services that have to be redone.
