  Buyer beware, they license the Ace Hardware name, they are not Ace Hardware. Got what I felt was a pretty high quote to replace a shower dish but figured they were Ace Hardware so I’ll pay for the quality and help I get at my local Ace Hardware. Handyman arrived, needed to go get a soap dish, a fact that I was unaware of is that they did not have the replacement even though I sent a picture. Handyman luckily calls me and tells me they don’t have the part at the first place so he would keep shopping, on my dime at $150 an hour. I wanted to cancel but office made a deal at the original quoted rate. At the end of the job I had one tile replaced, could not locate the soap dish. And the final handyman that completed the job charged me 30+ dollars for his supply of grout…for a single tile. He tried to charge my wife $500 before I intervened reminding the company that the original quote was a high$350 for a single tile at the end. BUYER BEWARE!

  I will say that Estela Aburto, Keenan Albuoy and Vibert Charles did an excellent Job fixing up a prior installation mess of LED installation replacing flourescent bulbs. Estela really new her stuff on how construction should be done. I am very happy with the final installation.

  They do a good job including constant communication about who is coming and when. They did extensive work for us last year and all of the workers were pleasant and thorough. Some more than others. We recently needed some re-repairs done under warranty work. I learned that they only do warranty work once in the year period so I am glad we waited to see if anything else "failed" because we needed 3 things fixed. All 3 areas this man explained why they failed and it was because they weren't done properly the first time. I stayed outside to watch this time instead of "spot checking" like last time. All but 1 other job is inside and those areas have been fine. Another reason I watched closer this time is because, should these same 3 areas fail again, they will not extend the warranty for these 3. But this worker did a phenominal job this time and all 3 areas are now secure. We were very pleased with the inside work, especially with a leak problem we had in the bathroom shower. The worker even stayed late to get it finished the last day. Despite the 3 failure points, we highly recommend using this Ace service. Over our lifetime of owning homes and needing work done, Ace is the only one I will even consider calling for future work. They do charge a high "trip fee" but I think they all do.
