I reached out to schedule a home inspection for my Aunt and Uncle who do not have any local contacts. The office manager Erin made our difficult schedule work and was so kind and helpful! The inspector that came was thorough and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use West Florida Home Inspections for all of our inspections!

i had them come out before i made and offer on a mobile home. They told me the trailer was in great shape , other than polybutylene pipe . I made my offer on home baste on the report . Either the guy was totally incompetent or he was just in a hurry . ,These are the things that a blind person could see. shingles are curling on roof , needs a roof ... Both bathrooms, if he had turned on the faucets in shower he would saw the valves stems spraying out water , along with the shower head pipe was leaking . Both bathrooms . There are several bad spots in the floor that needed repairs he said nothing about that . air condition is short cycling , that means it maybe has a leak . This company is very very incompetent . My advise is to stay away from this company . I actually called another inspector our to see what else they missed .....that is why i know the above ....they also missed the soffit boards totally rotten on one side of the house . I also ask how the gutters were , they said they were fine , they were not . Gutters had hard packed leaves and dirt in them

Jason did a great job with our inspection last week and provided some very good ideas as to how to improve the safety and security of our home. Have used West Florida multiple times over the years and been very happy with every experience. Update 9/5/24: West Florida followed up to make sure our data was up to date with improvements made since our last inspection. Continue to be very happy with their services and will continue to do business with them in the future.
