  Offered a multyear annual service which eliminated the need to contract with them each year for backflow testing certification. Supplied timely communication of the results with detailed invoice. Customer service focused. Highly recommend

  I had 2 toilets replaced. Shawn was outstanding!!! He was very punctual, polite, efficient, and trustworthy. I will definitely recommend Richard’s for any plumbing needs.

  I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment booked for 8-10am, got the confirmation text yesterday morning saying they would be here. I took the morning off to be here for them and they no called and no showed me. When I called customer service they told me several excuses. 1) they double booked me and the first job ran long 2) the over booked and moved me to 1-3pm and 3) I shouldn't have scheduled online, I should have called. They got frustrated with me when I kept asking questions and didn't take their excuses. If any of that was true then I should have been called. I recommend looking elsewhere. I hope this helps a few people.

  I appreciate the prompt & quality service of Richard’s. I called first thing in the morning & a technician was available for that afternoon to begin detecting the leak in my kitchen. The job was going to take longer than a couple hours, so 2 additional technicians came out the following afternoon. The leak was detected in my kitchen, piping was removed, & piping was replaced in that day. I appreciated the knowledge learned by the technicians & the quality of the work performed. I will be using this company in the future if I have any plumbing or electrical issues. Thank you so much!

  Our technician Shawn S. Was very friendly and informative throughout the process. The installation was very straightforward and professional. Things were completed in a timely manner. Shawn took the time to see that everything was done correctly and addressed any potential issues once the system was turned back on. Service was great and I would highly recommend.
