  Our service guy, Jeff was fantastic. He diagnosed our issue and unclogged our shower in a reasonable amount of time. He got to work immediately and didn't burn unnecessary time. He was respectful of our home and careful about making a mess. Can't say enough about his level of work.

  What can I say about these guys? We are in a time that great service is completely extinct.. Colin was absolutely amazing and is co-partner. The staff when I called the schedule was unbelievable! They have a sense of urgency and they care.. you just don't find that in plumbing companies anymore. This is a real gem. They're not the cheapest in town and they're not the most expensive but I can tell you that it's worth paying every penny.. because you're paying for great service and a great product. You don't have to scroll and get five or six different opinions.. go with these guys!! I'm not a paid reviewer or anything like that... I had a great experience and I will tell everyone about it!

  Called Friday, last minute and shortly after 2 PM with our kitchen sink nightmare. The lady that took my information was nice and patient as i gave her details. Received a text by 3 PM that tech was on the way, tech arrived on time and fixed my issue all within an hour. If I could give more stars I would. 10/10 experience from start to finish. Thank you Richard’s, you’ve earned a loyal customer!

  I needed several different things repaired around my house one was a light switch that needed to be repaired, my children’s bathroom shower wasn’t turning on and I needed to have our A/C serviced. I had the electrician and plumber arrive at the same time the next morning earlier than expected than shortly thereafter the A/C person arrived and all of the gentleman were very friendly and patient and were willing to check out any other issues that I had concerns about! I was so pleased that I ended up having the plumber Brian install a water filtration and softener state of the art system which he arrived the very next day first thing in the morning and spent the entire day installing the system along with a new water heater and the water system is absolutely amazing worth every penny! Thank you for all of your excellent service!
