  I highly recommend RayTan Construction & Roofing! Kevin exceeded all of my expectations. From the very beginning, he thoroughly explained every step of the roof repair process, so I always knew what to expect. What impressed me the most was how he documented the entire job with photos—from removing the damaged materials to installing the new ones. I’ve honestly never had a contractor take the time to show me the work every step of the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and pride in his work were outstanding. It’s clear that Kevin truly cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers are informed and satisfied.   My home in Bradenton had major roof damage after hurricane Milton - lost the entire pool cage, sunroom, "pan" metal roof over patio and part of the metal roof! The damage exposed additional flaws in original roof construction done with previous owner. RayTan construction was the only contractor who provided a detailed inspection, quoted a fair price to repair flaws and rebuild roof to meet/exceed current building codes! Kevin is extremely thoughtful, considers multiple options and advises on pros/cons of each choice and associated cost. Kevin's knowledge of best construction practices and materials for hurricane zones combined with his attention to detail and use of quality materials resulted in a final product that was better than any other contractor had proposed at a comparable price. He also ensured the rebuild would seamlessly integrate with the new pool cage that actually made for a much stronger integration of the cage with the house! My wife and I were very impressed with the RayTan team and their attention to detail, excellent communication and always thoroughly discussing details and decisions FIRST with us. As such, the final product meet all our expectations, was completed on time, came in at budget and ensured our roof was stronger and better prepared ahead of the next hurricane season! We strongly recommend contacting RayTan for your construction needs and definitely obtaining a free quote before accepting another contractors bid!

  Kevin, the owner ofRayTan Construction, is the consummate professional. Everything from planning to clean up will be done to meet industry, and more importantly, your standards. He recently put a roof on our house. The job entailed quite a bit of repair work, and it was all completed in a timely and expert manner.

  Kevin Kirkland recently replaced our kitchen sink, which was in poor condition, including the faucet and garbage disposal. He organized the complete project, researching different sinks and facets to use, and let us pick the final selection. He completed the project on schedule as promised, which included a redesign of the drain piping system. We are very happy with the new sink, Kevin Identified. The workmanship on the project was well planned, executed, and completely professional. When the sink job was completed, we awarded Kevin an additional contract that included exterior painting, plastering, and complete remodeling of our walkway from the house to our dock. Again, the workmanship was well planned and executed. We highly recommend Kevin Kirklan for any project you are considering.
