We had a great experience beginning to end with planet stone. Heather was amazing, she helped us get exactly what we envisioned in our new build and stayed within our budget. She was with us every step of the way and provided excellent communication. Our home came out beautifully. John and Billy did our templating and got it perfect. Jeff and Hector were our installers and they did a beautiful job. Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cassandra Debransky at Planet Stone! She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish and truly went above and beyond for me. Cassandra helped me choose the countertops for my home and made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly responsive — morning or night, during business hours or after hours — and was always willing to answer my questions and help me make decisions. She even came to my house on her day off to meet with me, which says so much about how dedicated she is to her clients. Cassandra is knowledgeable, patient, dependable, and genuinely cares about making sure you are happy with your choices. Customer service like hers is hard to find. I am so grateful for everything she did for me and would recommend Cassandra and Planet Stone to anyone looking for countertops. She truly made the entire experience exceptional! Five stars!

I had a fantastic experience with Planet Stone Marble & Granite! Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with — knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She helped me choose the perfect countertops and backsplash, kept me updated throughout the process, and even went out of her way to find the exact granite I wanted when they didn’t have it in stock. The fabrication was beautiful, and the installers were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless when they were finished. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I highly recommend Planet Stone, and especially Heather!

Gina and Heather are the best. Gina was so helpful in choosing our countertops and backsplash from their large selection followed by the layout and design. After the material came in Heather then worked with me on the process for templating/installation and scheduling. The entire process was smooth as silk. Especially given the fact that I was in another state. Their crew did a great job and shared detailed photos of the job. Here are a few of them.

Planet Stone was the best place to work with. They were all very efficient and timely and did everything they said they would. Cassondra took our order very efficiently, and always responded in a timely fashion to any questions we had. She helped us with information that we needed to make effective decisions and made herself available any time we needed. And she was extremely nice to us. William came out to do the templating when he said he would and was very thorough with all his work. He made some good suggestions and explained all his measurements extremely well. We did have a couple difficult areas that he handled very effectively. The installation staff arrived when they said they would and because of William’s fine templating work they were very fast and efficient at the countertop installation. The project turned out beautifully and I would give them the highest recommendation if a countertop installation is a part of any project. I will definitely use them again in the future. Planet Stone is far superior to any subcontractor I have worked with up to this point. They get my highest recommendation. Pictures were provided after installation as I was having to go out of town on that day. Five Stars!
