Casandra started us off with the initial introduction to the company, and provided exceptional guidance through each step. John came to the house and took the measurements. He was extremely thorough and precise, as the new install fit like a glove. Heather was involved with the fabrication end. She notified me up front when they uncovered there was a manufacturing flaw with one of the slabs. She quickly worked with the manufacturer to have 2 new slabs delivered. I very much appreciated her recognizing the issue and addressing it so quickly. The end result along with mitred edges is stunning! I The installation crew was exceptional as well. John, Hector, and Jeff came out, removed the old countertops and installed the new ones. Incredible job! No damage to any walls! Pretty amazing given how tight the fit was. Thoroughly impressed with every person we worked with at Planet Stone. We will be returning for a bathroom project. Highly recommend using Planet Stone!
