  I fired Manatee Air after 4+ years of missteps they took after I contracted them to install a new Rheem A/C unit I bought from them at a premium for my home. On at least two occasions after servicing my systems, Manatee Air left without replacing the dirty main filter they’d just removed. On another occasion it was the upsell “you need a $500 light bulb to abate any mold.” That bulb might have lasted 11 months. Another Manatee Air scam. My last straw with Manatee Air was when I called them because my Rheem had gone down and, upon arrival, Manatee Air’s technician told me “you probably need a new machine” before even looking at it. I questioned his assessment immediately, and upon inspection, he informed me I needed a new compressor for which he quoted me nearly $3,000. I fired Manatee Air on the spot. I immediately replaced Manatee Air with a locally owned amazing HVAC company and I couldn’t be happier to endorse Cooling Champion and recommend you contract them for all your air conditioning needs.

  I recently had my a/c system replaced by Manatee Air. I reviewed several estimates, spoke with numerous salesmen and finally chose this company because of their superior ratings for installation. They certainly lived up to a 5 star rating! I highly recommend this company, from my initial meeting with Efrain to the final clean up by their First Class installation team, they conducted themselves with respect and professionalism. I would consider them the “Go To” company for A/C.
