  Rodolfo has been servicing our air conditioner for over five years now. He is very respectful, knowledgeable and has been very helpful and responsive on all of our AC needs.   Paid $100 for a service call to tell me that my system needed a new coil, which is understandably expensive. They gave me an estimate of $4,260 with the coil under warranty, over $1750 more than two other similar quotes. When I balked at the price, they tried to upsell me on a new value brand unit that was far above competitor prices on quality units. I asked for a quote on the unit they were trying to sell me so that I could research what I was getting, and the quote only had a single generic line item for the unit rather than an itemized list of features or brands. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

  Tried to rip me off! Had the outside unit stop running. 2 guys came out. Clearly one was a sales guy. Because after looking at it for 5 mins they said the Compressor and the Capacitor had gone bad. They quoted me at $8000 to fix those two parts. I'm thinking thats crazy I might as well get a new system. So I ask them to price out a new system. $27000 dollars for a new air conditioning unit!!!!!! I live in a 1400 sqft home. That is flat roofed with low ceilings. Also 300 of that has a separate working AC. I of course said no. Had another company come out and they replace the capacitor for $235 and everything works! I just can't believe how shady Del Air is. DO NOT USE DEL AIR!

  First off, when I initially called about my air handler making noise they sent Rodolfo out and he was great at explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. Ultimately it didn't make much sense to replace just the air handler on such an older system so I decided to go ahead and spring for a new system. The next day Jason and Peterson came out and did a great job installing the new system and explaining everything. The made the whole process smooth and even entertained my kids asking them a million questions and telling them their whole life stories. Only two other services were needed to be completed electronic air filter and whole home surge protector. Edwin and Nestor were in and out in hardly any time at all. Very great job done by all parties involved.
