  Well.....we were staying as guests at a condo on the beach. Came back from dinner to a 77 degree condo. We contacted the 24 hour service (kind of a joke...you leave a message... so we did. Finally heard back on Tuesday the next week) but the property owner was able to get through to them and arranged a repair appointment for the next day between 2 and 4 pm. No one showed up until almost 6. He was able to get the unit working only to have it fail again the next day. Parts were needed and ordered, and we were told someone would be back Monday or Tuesday to finish the job. Tuesday afternoon I sent a text asking if they were still coming as we’d heard nothing from them. I got a reply that the technician was here!! There had been no appointment made, no phone call, nothing. I was out on the beach so | scrambled up to the unit to let them in (and helped him carry equipment). He worked installing the parts for about 3 hours. Lo and behold the next morning I get a phone call from the technician that he forgot to turn on the UV light he installed the day before! So we hung around the condo waiting for him to arrive so we could let him in to finish what should have been done yesterday. If I owned this property I'd be DONE with this company.

  Simon and Mike were great! Very knowledgeable and informative. Went into detail on how everything worked and what to be on the look out for. I’ll definitely be requesting them for next service.

  Miguel was good, but I would not recommend Del Air. They charged me $400 for a clogged drain service that should’ve only cost $150-$175. The only reason I called them was because they were on our emergency contact list to use for our new home we just purchased 4mths. ago. Unfortunately, this service should’ve been done before we moved into the the home by the builder, but it wasn’t so it fell on us as new homeowners. We were overcharged immensely by Del Air and wouldn’t recommend them for this job or any other job they could provide.

  Simon S. helped me and quickly came through to fix an issue with my hvac system. When there was a mixup with time as to when they would be there, he was willing to wait until I got home, extremely kind and patient and explained everything thoroughly.

  What a “God send”! My dog and I were suffering with the heat in the house and it brought back “bad” old days from my youth. I put fans in the rooms in addition to the ceiling ones - it got us through 2 nights. When Rodolfo appeared he went right to work. He said it would be a while as the pipes were frozen and he could not tell if it was a leak or something else. Needed a new motor. Explained that the part had to be ordered and would take awhile but he would make it operational . Today (3 days) new motor installed, temperature holding inside and out BUT cool in here. Please keep him on the payroll- he knows your products and how to maintain them and his personality is a welcoming pleasure to enter my home.
