  Rodolfo was very professional. He explained everything regarding our system in detail. Pointed out issues with the unit. We found him to be very knowledgeable and the information he provided will be helpful as we contemplate replacing our current unit.

  Worst service ever. AC stopped functioning after having a technician out for the first time. I scheduled a follow up appointment the next morning. No one showed up. I scheduled another follow up appointment for that afternoon. No one showed up. I spent several hours on the phone with management trying to get a refund, and was told that I was refunded…that was a lie. I would not use this company unless you enjoy being pushed around and lied too. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I ended up going with another company for a $13k installation, even though Del Air was able to match the price and install sooner. I would rather sweat for 3 days in the August heat than deal with this company ever again.

  Very unhappy with their service. The tech was friendly but when he came in knocked his ladder into our light fixture that now is scratched up. The service took 3 hours …. And did not want to go into detail with me on why until my husband was around. Turns out he was saying we have a lot of growth and showed me a very unclear video to us. Said it cannot be cleaned and either need all new parts (even though everything works perfectly) or a whole new unit. The tech went on saying it’s 9 years old and won’t last much longer and then asked personal questions how long we been the owner of the house and how long we been in FL …. All irrelevant. We went ahead and had TWO more opinions from other companies both which said our unit is clean and in good condition. Nothing about needing new parts or new unit which is thousands of dollars. Both companies said with continued maintenance we can have the AC last a good amount of time. This company has tried to rip us off and lie about our unit thinking we would fall for it. Very very disappointing. Would not recommend if you are looking for honesty.

  This this company was amazing I called them out on the day before Fourth of July and they installed my brand new unit the next day on the holiday. They arranged for financing at a great rate. I highly recommend them. Well priced great service.

  Was passed on to Delair by my prior ac company. My experience has not been good. One week ago I had my biyearly ac maintenance by a nice man who not once alerted me to a concerning issue, mold that had taken over my blower motor. It wasn't in his recommended work list nor his pictures. Yet here I sit a week later with no working ac. When I called for help last night they weren't helpful at all. In addition the charges for previous work I had done by Delair are triple what a current company is charging for the same work. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
