  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Paul! He came out to fix my AC and did a fantastic job! He discovered that I had a severely clogged drain line and also added refrigerant to my AC unit. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. It’s always refreshing to have someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Paul to anyone needing AC service or repairs! Thank you again for the outstanding service!

  Highly recommend Comfort Experts! Bailey absolutely blew me away with his knowledge, work ethic, and genuine kindness. When I needed help with my A/C over the weekend, he responded quickly and went above and beyond. He made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about people. If I could give him ten stars, I would!

  Comfort Experts are an incredibly honest, professional and knowledgeable organization. Their service contact is excellent. Their response with emergency assistance is the best. What makes them the best, is the technicians that work for them. Landon and Bailey are two of the nicest representatives you’ll meet. They really know the HVAC systems and are able to perform diagnostics and repairs perfectly. They have been fantastic. Unlike other HVAC companies, they don’t “upsell” the customer. They explain everything and verify any abnormalities with documentation. I definitely recommend Comfort Experts.

  Paul with Comfort Experts was great. Let me start from a few days before. Our long time A/C company came for our normal maintenance servicing. They ultimately said we needed a part (TXV) replaced which would be covered by the warranty, but the labor was not. Also the freon was corrupted and would need to be replaced. Their total bill was $2,500+. Our A/C was working fine inside with cold air coming through the vents consistently. I was told that it would begin to get worse over time, with times where the air would not come through as cold. Sure enough, the air started getting less cool at time, especially at the heat of the day. We also started getting smells from the vents. I called Comfort Experts after my wife researched them and found many great reviews on Facebook by people we know in the neighborhood. They came out that evening for the diagnosis, in a light rain. Paul was shown the invoice from our previous A/C company and said they charge much less for replacing the refrigerant and that the refrigerant might not need to be replaced. Their labor would be much cheaper also. But he looked closer and realized the TXV (Thermostatic Expansion Value) was loose and he was able to tighten it up. Total bill was a little over $300! I so appreciate Paul's thoroughness, professionalism and fairness. Thanks Paul. Glad to have Comfort Experts to continue to maintain my system.
