  Wanted to make sure I got a tuneup before it really started heating up ! These guys were great Alex the owner was very informative. What they were going to do. Landon or Tech was on time professional and I cannot say enough if I could rate them 10 star I would . In this day and age with all the Scam companies out there especially in AC it’s great to see a company that is true to their word and does a professional work. Landon the tech that came to the house was great.

  Paul was incredible. We had a refrigerant leak due to a poor Lennar “new” construction - Paul showed me evidence where they must have had to fix something before we moved in two years ago - but Paul noticed the shoddy work and thought to test for a refrigerant leak at that site where the replacement parts were installed. Sure enough, he found a valve that wasn’t tightly installed to be the source of the leak and was able to fix it without the need for a full leak diagnostic (additional $). Highly recommend Comfort Experts and Paul for his professionalism and thoroughness.

  Ryan made a great impression from the start. As a tenant, I know the landlord has the final call, but Ryan still walked me through his company’s background and how they operate before I’d said a word about my background . He came across as sharp, professional, and genuinely straightforward, the kind of guy who carries himself with real integrity. What really stood out Is the fact that I work in commercial and residential construction myself, but I didn’t bring that up until after he’d already introduced himself and the company. Once I did, it confirmed what I’d already picked up on, this guy knows his stuff and isn’t cutting corners on honesty just to make a sale. In an industry where that’s not always a given, it meant a lot. I walked away feeling completely comfortable handing things over to him. Solid work, solid character, highly recommend.

  Great experience from start to finish. Alex the owner was great at answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. He personally came out helped with the installation of the mini split and then oversaw the rest of the work. He constantly checked up to make sure everything was going smooth. Landon and Gavin were the two installers and they did an exceptional job. They were extremely friendly and helpful with the questions we had. They are very professional and polite as well. There is a reason why they have a five star rating. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company
