As most plumbing issues seem to be, I had an emergency situation. From start to finish, Bullseye Home Services gets high marks from me and endless thanks. Jessie was dispatched to my home within a short time and got right to work and even put up with my annoying dogs. Just about everything Jessie did impressed me but what I appreciated most was his communication of issues, root causes, and options for fixing. Very thorough and detailed but not overwhelming me beyond my limits to understand. Leo was dispatched later to work with Jessie and together they made a great team. Thank you both for working hard to fix my plumbing issues.

Christmas Day the drain line backed up & we needed a plumber asap. Kenny from The Surfin' Plumber arrived cleared the clog for us. Pretty much saved Christmas for us and our out of town guests. Two days later, Marty from The Surfin' Plumber came out to scope the line and find the problem. Both gentlemen were extremely efficient and professional and our broken pipe will be repaired very quickly. We are very appreciative for the quick response, especially on a holiday, and the professionalism both plumbers gave.
