  As someone with extensive experience in the construction industry, I am genuinely baffled by the level of service we have received on this project. We have now been waiting over three months for a truss quote, and the repeated delays have become increasingly frustrating and difficult to justify. Monty Hawker has consistently missed agreed-upon deadlines, only to follow up by ghosting us until the next missed date. Today—after more than three months—we received yet another list of questions for the architect from Monty Hawker. This piecemeal approach is highly inefficient. It is reasonable to expect that all necessary questions would be gathered upfront so we can provide the required information promptly and move the order forward without constant setbacks. This experience has been extremely disappointing and is causing real delays to our project timeline. I am struggling to understand how this level of unprofessionalism and inefficiency is acceptable. I respectfully request that upper management review this matter immediately and have someone senior contact me directly to discuss the status of our quote, explain the ongoing issues, and provide a firm commitment on next steps and timing. Thank you for your urgent attention to this.

  The Semi drivers do not pay attention to anything around them. Just had one about kill me on I75!!! be aware of these trucks!!! I used my horn and he still proceeded to come in my lane about crushing me, very lucky I’m leaving a review and not reporting them to FHP.

  I own a construction company. I use multiple suppliers. My Forman said I should buy from this company. So January and February I bought over 10,000.00 in materials and was really happy. I stopped in because I took over a job that another contractor was released from for incomplete work. Unfortunately he had put in PGT products that are missing parts, screen track, screen door. I wanted to just buy the parts to help the customer. I have no idea who supplied the products at the job site So I asked to place a order. Was told 2 weeks. No call for a month. I called and talked with a woman who interrogated me up and down about were the products came from. I said I had no idea. She continued to insist I had to find out or PGT wouldn't let me buy parts. I've never heard of such bullshit. I am in a group of about 12 contractors and home builders. I have been telling them to stay away from this place. What difference does it make. If you buy a house and those products are in the house PGT won't sell you parts if you dont know who supplied them. Sounds like the dumbest thing I've ever heard. and sound like they don't want to help anyone that didn't buy from them. GREAT BUSINESS MODEL. I won't be buying from them anymore. Sometimes people shouldn't be in customer service. They forget they are there to help the customer who used to be me.
