  The original installation was faulty. You had already been back here twice early on but failed to fix the problem. The small copper pipe was soldered at an angle at the union beside the filter. I had asked twice to repair the joint properly. So 2 years later we have a problem upon the initial startup for the season. The coolant had leaked again. Your guy said it’s not covered and charged me $600 due to the initial faulty installation. I think you guys owe me some money. The Tech has all the necessary photos. Mark

  What A wonderful experience I had with this company. I had a new AC unit installed and I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and service. I received to be honest I called AC warehouse after I had a disappointing experience with another company. I booked an online appointment at 7:15 in the morning someone called me within 20 minutes and a representative was at my house within two hours. My new unit was installed two days after that due to my work schedule and availability. From my first conversation with Haven Taking my phone call and being so prompt returning my appointment scheduling to Rick coming to the house and explaining in detail everything that was needed and from Kyler and Randy big hat tip to them for their efficiency, professionalism and kindness .They even went above and beyond noticing that some of my vents from the previous owner were on backwards and switched them for me. I only wish I had called them first so I didn’t have to incur a very expensive lesson. However AC warehouse has created a customer for life. Thank you to such a great team.

  Awesome set of people great workmenship pride in work and I’m pleased with installers and sales team and office personnel very friendly bunch on a replacing my ac unit the guys that came are very skilled and it showed

  I think the two gentlemen did a wonderful job. They were very polite and cleaned up and and cap a clean area to work in. they were very professional at their job. I would definitely recommend you guys to somebody else because of their work manship. Thanks again.

  Service Tech Randall Smith of the Bradenton location came to our home today, and called prior to arrival as expected, and arrived very soon after. We recently purchased this home, and the previous owner had just purchased a 3 ton unit w/ heat pump in November 2025. Since we are leaving in a few days- we wanted to get the unit inspected as we are gone till end of November 2026. From the beginning of his visit to the end of it, he epitomized the level of professionalism that is not seen as much as it should be in the home service industry. He explained what he would be checking/doing- and not only invited us to ask any questions we wanted, but was sincere in his answers to make sure we had the correct information. Thanks for the long read- but my wife and I wanted to convey our complete satisfaction with your Service Tech- and accommodation of our short notice schedule needs by your front office staff to provide next day service!
