We're 20 year customers with AC Warehouse. Yesterday they installed our new Daikin Inverter HVAC system with 12 year warranty. After our 10 year old system started to fail, X, our tech rep helped us through new options and supported us all along the way. The installation crew were knowledgeable, effective and fast. It only took them 5 hours to install an entirely new system, copper wires, new thermostat and everything! We love our new HVAC system; its efficient, quiet, and keeps our house at a constant temperature, perfect for our hot, steamy, FL summers. Thank you to AC Warehouse.
My AC unit finally died this past week & AC Warehouse was quick to help. Ricky A. came out to diagnose the issue, offering both repair and replacement options alongside his professional opinion. (He was also able to come out on a Sunday, so huge thank you!). Kyler M. & Randy W. were the techs who did the replacement install and they were quick and timely! We also had Mason M. come out and install a window unit for our bedroom so we could sleep comfortably before the replacement was able to be installed. Overall everyone was kind, on-time, helpful and thorough :)

Terrible Company... I gave AC Warehouse 5 stars 2.5 years ago under different management. We had out AC unit and duct work replaced at that and they did a fantastic job - We even referred friends to them, and everyone was happy and satisfied at the time. But the company today is unrecognizable—and not in a good way. What was once reliable is now one of the worst AC companies in the area.
The most troubling example involves our elderly friends. Shortly after our installation, AC Warehouse installed a unit for this couple. Over the last 2 years, they've been out four times for repairs on what should be a solid new system. During the most recent visit, AC Warehouse claimed the coil had failed (still under warranty).
Here's where the problems began: they initially tried to overcharge for labor and refrigerant (AC Warehouse had to drain the refrigerant in order to replace the faulty under warranty coil and wanted to charger them $900 to replace the refrigerant.) When the husband pushed back, they lowered the price to something reasonable—but then made this elderly couple wait FIVE DAYS without air conditioning in 96-degree weather. AC Warehouse didn't return calls day after day for 3 days and never offered a portable AC unit as a temporary cooling solution.
Leaving elderly customers without cooling in dangerous heat while holding their warranty repair hostage is inexcusable. This isn't just poor service—it's unethical and speaks to the company's management.
Do not use this company. Their quality has collapsed, and their treatment of vulnerable customers is shameful.

As a family member of someone who had a brand-new A/C system installed just 2½ years ago, I’ve watched them deal with multiple service calls because the unit keeps failing. A system this new should not be breaking down repeatedly, yet every visit seems to result in another extremely expensive repair.
The customer service was just as disappointing. Phone calls and messages were ignored, updates were difficult to get, and there seemed to be little concern for the situation.
Based on what I’ve personally witnessed, I can’t help but feel that my family was taken advantage of. In my opinion, the repeated repairs and high costs on such a new system raise serious concerns about the company’s business practices.
I encourage anyone considering this company to read through the reviews and make their own judgment. After seeing what my family has gone through, I would never recommend them.

I’m a single mother and I paid almost $300 that I had to borrow to be able to save a little money. I think it’s over priced for myself. On the positive side the technician did a fenomenal job looking for the problem even though he wasn’t able to find the leak due to my ac being froze from top to bottom and outside as well. I’m very pleased with the technician. He made me aware of options and warranties that no other technician ever told me about. Thank you so much for having awesome technicians like Mat Morin. I highly recommend him!
