  My elevator,was purchased from Florida lifts less than 2 years ago. I purchased a warranty for approximately $1000.00 and a 1 year maintenance for approximately $700. The following year I purchased another 1 year maintenance for approximately $700. They never performed either year’s maintenance. My elevator now needs a $2000. Repair which I’m paying another company to perform. Reach your own conclusion.

  Let me be clear - Benjamin is my service person and he is FANTASTIC! Love him and his work ethic, he gets 6 stars! The reason for the 4star rating Vs a 5 is that i have never seen worse communications from a service dept than with this companies. NUMEROUS calls to even get a reply and this time i did not even get a reply, but Benjamin just showed up and luckily i was home. HOPEFULLY they will fix the communications issues so i can give a 5 star rating next time.

  I’m sorry to say that this continues to be one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. I’m not sure if they are overwhelmed or incompetent due to losing so many key team members - but after the contract is signed and payments are made there is delay after delay with no response to calls or resolutions -over a 2 year period of time. Quick update: Good News 🎉 I did get a quick response and meeting with key players set up after the above review. At the initial meeting I was surprised that I was asked if I would consider taking down the poor review. My response was “as soon as we get our elevator installed I will update it accordingly.” Unfortunately we are more than a month out from that meeting with several other meetings and we still do not have a delivery date, and have had each home inspection contradict what the previous inspector requested. I’m hoping to update this with something positive .🔜
