  Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews based on my experience. We hired this company to install and a dumbwaiter, and two years later it is still not operational because the wiring was done incorrectly. When we first discovered the system was not working, we contacted the company and gave them the opportunity to correct the problem. After their visit, they claimed the issue had been fixed and repeatedly pressured us for payment, even though the dumbwaiter was still clearly not functioning. The problem was never resolved. We later contacted multiple companies to evaluate and repair the system, but several declined the job after seeing the condition of the wiring. The manufacturer also reviewed the system and informed us that the wiring had been basically placed anywhere and the entire thing was a mess. As a result, we are now facing significant additional costs to correct the wiring and get the dumbwaiter operational. What should have been a straightforward project has turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal.

  Buyer Beware. Our Company First Impression Builders experience with Florida Lift and Savaria Elevator has been one of the most frustrating business experiences I have ever encountered. Proj. Tidewater After collecting more than 80% of the contract amount, the company repeatedly failed to fulfill its commitments. I was personally assured by management, including multiple promises during Zoom meetings, that installation would begin on May 11th. Those commitments were not honored. Over the course of this project, three different representatives visited my property to measure and verify the installation requirements. Despite these multiple site visits, I was later informed that additional modifications were needed, creating further delays and unexpected complications. What concerns me most is the lack of communication and accountability. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, and obtaining accurate project updates became nearly impossible. Because of the delays, broken commitments, financial impact, and failure to perform as promised, I have no choice but forced to pursue legal action to protect my interests and seek resolution. In my opinion, any homeowner considering Florida Lift or Savaria Elevator should carefully review all contract terms, payment schedules, project timelines, and customer experiences before moving forward. My recommendation is simple: proceed with extreme caution. No customer should have to pay the majority of a contract price, endure months of delays, and then struggle to receive answers regarding the status of their project. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through the experience I have endured.

  ***** BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY***** I strongly advise anyone considering Florida Lift or Savaria Elevator to think twice before doing business with these companies. After receiving more than 80% of the contract value, they repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises. The General Manager, Filer, personally assured me during multiple Zoom meetings that installation would begin on May 11th. That date came and went with no installation and no accountability. To make matters worse, three different employees came to my home to measure and re-measure the installation area. Despite all those visits, I was later told that additional modifications were required, causing even more delays, costs, and frustration. The most disappointing part is the lack of communication. Calls are not returned, emails go unanswered, and there is little to no follow-up regarding the status of the project. As a customer, I feel completely disrespected and misled. A company that collects the majority of the payment upfront should be held accountable for delivering what was promised. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Florida Lift or Savaria Elevator. I feel extremely mistreated as a customer and cannot recommend either company. Use extreme caution before signing a contract or making payments to Florida Lift or Savaria Elevator.

  FL Lifts was extremely dependable and fixed my elevator repair timely. They answered any questions. I bought a maintenance contract with them so I can be assured that we get the quality service when needed. I recommend them highly
