  I have been dealing with this company for our condominium for the past 5 years and have found them to be very helpful and responsive, taking time to discuss issues as they arise. Christopher is most helpful in responding to us for getting emergencies handled promptly.

  Being a property manager, I have 10 wheelchair lifts that require frequent maintenance. Chris at the office is fantastic when it comes to responsiveness and scheduling. The opportunity to provide a better service for contracted customers would be an ability to order parts before receiving 50% deposits (as this is not instant in a condo), given how important function these lifts provide for our residents.

  Buyer Beware. Our Company First Impression Builders experience with Florida Lift and Savaria Elevator has been one of the most frustrating business experiences I have ever encountered. Proj. Tidewater After collecting more than 80% of the contract amount, the company repeatedly failed to fulfill its commitments. I was personally assured by management, including multiple promises during Zoom meetings, that installation would begin on May 11th. Those commitments were not honored. Over the course of this project, three different representatives visited my property to measure and verify the installation requirements. Despite these multiple site visits, I was later informed that additional modifications were needed, creating further delays and unexpected complications. What concerns me most is the lack of communication and accountability. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, and obtaining accurate project updates became nearly impossible. Because of the delays, broken commitments, financial impact, and failure to perform as promised, I have no choice but forced to pursue legal action to protect my interests and seek resolution. In my opinion, any homeowner considering Florida Lift or Savaria Elevator should carefully review all contract terms, payment schedules, project timelines, and customer experiences before moving forward. My recommendation is simple: proceed with extreme caution. No customer should have to pay the majority of a contract price, endure months of delays, and then struggle to receive answers regarding the status of their project. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through the experience I have endured.
