- RPRobert PaliantoMay 20, 20261.0I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Reinaldo. After our initial phone call on March 30, it took until April 7 to receive a proposal, which I signed and returned on April 9. Following this, it was difficult to get a response to schedule the work. When a time was finally set for April 22 at 12:00 PM, Reinaldo missed the appointment due to personal reasons, causing the condo owner to lose a day of wages. The subsequent rescheduling was equally unprofessional. On the following day, he arrived late due to a flat tire and was unprepared without the necessary extension ladder. He then promised to arrive at 9:00 AM sharp on Saturday, but failed to show up. When I followed up at 10:00 AM, he stated he would not arrive until 1:00 PM. Due to these repeated delays, lack of preparation, and unprofessional communication, I cannot recommend this contractor to others based on this experience.
