It's about time that I give them the praises that they deserve for their excellent customer service and the quality and selection of their product. This year, I have been working with Ryan Tracy at the Boynton Beach location, a supremely patient man who has guided me through the selection of new carpeting for my bedroom (the old carpeting, from Capitol, was in great shape, but I spilled a chemical - a bag full of Damp Rid! - on it and ruined it) and new luxury vinyl flooring for the rest of my house. The process of selection was arduous, with so much product to choose from. Ryan walked me through the qualities of many companies and potential choices. When I narrowed down my choices, he loaned me samples to take home and live with until I was comfortable with my selections. Then he did it all over again when I changed my mind! It was a long process, and I felt like I was living at the store at times; when Ryan wasn't in, other store personal were just as accommodating and patient, especially Gabriel. So now, my bedroom carpeting has been laid, and the installers, Luis and Miguel, were exceptional. Quick, efficient, very knowledgeable, and so pleasant to have around for the afternoon. Next step is the new flooring - a lot of new flooring! This is not going to be fun, but Ryan has worked out every detail and I know that I will be in very good hands to get me through this replacement process!
