I couldn't be happier with their work. The carpeting looks beautiful.

When they finally arrived, they didn't have enough carpet, despite having done the measuring weeks before. Screwed up all sorts of move-in issues. Had to wait 2 more weeks for additional carpet. Asked for some discount/compensation for all the problems. Never heard back, even after several messages left for manager Gabriel.
