Ms. Sara McGrady at “Cabinets To Go” was extremely helpful during my kitchen renovation. She took the stress out of selecting and ordering my cabinets, counter tops and sink.
I didn’t even know what questions to ask, and so took my contractor with me to pick out cabinets. Ms McGrady fluently speaks “contractor language”.
She was wonderful, and I recommend her highly for her honesty, expertise, professionalism and efficency.

Update March 21, 2026 — Sara, store manager of the Boynton Beach store, came to my home on Febuary 13, 2026 to review my needs for a new kitchen. She took the time to listen carefully and prepared a 3D design along with budget estimates, ensuring everything aligned with what we had discussed. The kitchen we selected together is beautiful, and I truly appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to respecting my budget.
However, the experience after payment has been disappointing and far more complicated than expected.
The cabinets were installed on March 4, and Empire Stone came to take measurements on March 6. Since then, due to a cracked wine rack and door that needed to be replaced, the project has stalled. Empire Stone refuses to install the countertops as they say they are waiting for the pantry side (which arrived damaged as well) (wine rack) to be completed which was a 2nd order actually. To this day, I still do not have countertops or a functioning sink, leaving me without a usable kitchen.
I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and coordination has been particularly frustrating. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I received little to no follow-up. I ultimately had to go to the store unannounced just to get clarity and ensure progress.
As I am based in Canada, these delays have forced me to postpone my return, adding unnecessary stress to the situation.
While the design phase was excellent, the post-sale service and project management have not met the same standard. I would have expected a much more proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping me informed throughout the process.
I sincerely hope this situation can be resolved quickly and that the project can be completed to the standard initially promised.

Very very disappointed in Sara came to the house and designed my kitchen said she'd get back with me on the estimate because computer was down and never heard back from her. Customer service sucked!!!

We were here over a month ago. Picked out the cabinets and counters. Paid $99.00 for measurements. Had someone come out. Then nothing. We continued to wait. The manager Sara was unavailable. We were told she was away caring for her ailing husband and that nothing can be done. We wanted our money back and was told no we had to wait. We have gone with another company and want our back our money. Do not go here.
We are thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen and feel so fortunate to have walked into the Cabinets to Go showroom in Boynton Beach FL. We had first spoken to a few contractors who didn’t want to be bothered with renovating a small kitchen on a small budget. We rejected the particle board cabinets offered by the big box stores and other discount kitchen outlets. We were impressed that Cabinets To Go offered sturdy, high quality plywood cabinets with hardwood door frames for a price that fit our budget. I emailed their corporate office and was relieved to learn that all their cabinets are CARB 2 compliant (meeting California standards for low formaldehyde).
The idea of installing a new kitchen was overwhelming and we didn’t know where to start. We were pleasantly surprised by the individual attention and guidance we received from Andra, our designer. Can’t say enough good things about him— he clearly loves his work, has a wealth of design experience, and is also very creative, talented, patient and generous with his time. He even gave us his cell phone number to text him with any concerns, and he responded promptly. We never felt rushed and always felt heard and taken seriously. He responded to our requests for advice on the smallest details, such as choosing backsplash tile, and his suggestions were very much in tune with what we were looking for.
Our tiny kitchen was definitely a design challenge. Our goal was to add a dishwasher, microwave, and French door refrigerator to a narrow 8’ x 9’ kitchen, while still having enough storage space and avoiding a crowded feeling. That’s where Andra’s creativity came in; for example, he designed a 42 inch long sideboard for storage, using 12” wide upper cabinets as a base. Now the kitchen actually seems more spacious and has more counter space than before. We appreciate the neat paneled look and extra space provided by the large storage cabinet over the refrigerator.
The design that Andra created for our kitchen worked beautifully and everything fit perfectly. He coordinated with the cabinet installers, who were extremely meticulous in both measuring and installing the cabinets. The result was a very professional and polished look.
We liked that Cabinets To Go provides one stop shopping for both cabinets and countertop. We laid out about 20 countertop samples and compared them to the sample cabinet door. Andra helped us narrow down the counter selections and we were very pleased with our ultimate decision. We chose a beautiful Calacatta ochre quartz, which is extremely durable and easy to clean. Both the cabinet and the counter installers were very accessible and responsive to our needs. Everything happened according to schedule with no delays.
Cabinets to Go provided the quality products, personal attention and responsiveness of a private contractor for a reasonable cost. No complaints at all— we found them to be a well run organization that puts the customer first.
