Only gave 1 star because I had to. I would choose no stars. I gave my deposit in January of this year for the materials for my roof on my house in Bonita Springs. The roof was installed end of April and I paid the balance due at that time. A few weeks ago I get a letter from the supplier Ram's Roofing used saying Ram's roofing has not paid for my materials for my roof and the supplier has now put a lien on my house. The supplier said Ram's was writing bad checks to them. When I call the office no one will let me get thru to Jose the owner they are heavily screening the calls. When my husband and I stopped by his shop the accountant there said she was not allowed to pay bills without the owners approval and the owner is not there and they do not know when he will return. We now have a lawyer involved because Ram's has yet to pay the supplier for the materials for our roof. This is my response to their response below. They are lying. I paid in full the balance due on the same day I got a corrected invoice. From the time they installed the roof to the corrected invoice was only a few days. At this point they have stolen money from me and stole materials from the supplier. I have an affidavit from the supplier indicating they were never paid from Rams. Anyone can call American Metal Roofing Supply and verify that Ram's Roofing has not paid them for materials for several homes and they are having to file liens on homes. Ram's wrote bad checks to American Metal Roofing Supply.

Couldn't be happier with the work that was performed. I am capable of doing this work myself, but Jose eased my decision. His professionalism made it an easy decision. The guys were clean and respectful of my home. Great job. Fair price. Got 3 quotes and jose was better priced than the average. In today's world, people like Jose are needed for the working class. Great job. Will refer these guys every chance I get.
