  The estimate for repairs of duct cleaning, coil cleaning and installation of UV light was reasonable. Had several estimates and Iron Shield was my choice due to customer reviews, BBB rating, and employee background check. Booked repairs and the men who arrived, Justin Bayne and Gary Osteen were very professional, experienced and provided outstanding customer service! In addition, they were very conscientious about clean up. Highly recommend this company for your service and repairs.

  Justin B came out for service. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about his job and of the services his company provides. He thoroughly explained each process and also how we could address certain issues on our own, if desired. We had no issues with Justin's work or ethic. I will be requesting his service moving forward. The only comment I would make to the company is that it would be safer to have two man on-call teams.

  Justin arrived in a very prompt manner, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our problem was fixed quickly and he was very friendly. I’ve had nothing but good experiences thus far and will be returning. Plus, the 24/7 emergency calls are a lifesaver.

  We had Gary come out for routine maintenance and he was great with communicating what the game plan was. We even asked if he could check a couple other things for our heat and thermostat before winter swings through. Gary knocked out the maintenance and informed us of what he found and any potential future issues we could potentially have based on those findings. He then checked our heat as a pre-winter assurance and helped setup the thermostat so we can make those changes once the temperatures drop. Gary is a great technician and so is the company Iron Shield, they get the job done, have great pricing and don’t try to force feed you sales like some other companies. Happy with our services through them!

  Todd was incredibly intelligent, extremely patient. Very thorough. A true professional. Not only is he extremely well-mannered extremely educated. Very patient. I believe I got the best technician.
