  Dream Design Kitchen and Bath did such an amazing job on our kitchen renovation and flooring installation . Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the new floors look great ! Daniel really worked with us to find out what we wanted and created the best design for our layout and budget. We could not be happier with the results ! Paolo and the crew were very professional and did an excellent job . I would highly recommend this company!

  Daniel and Paulo were great to work with. They were extremely helpful in restoring our kitchen after a fire and the final result looks amazing! Paulo and his work crew were awesome and worked fast. The staff was also very friendly. We love the outcome and would highly recommend Dream Design Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking to rebuild or remodel. High quality work with amazing finished product!   My husband and I bought an Avondale fixer upper and we had the home fully renovated by Dream Design. Master bathroom was completely gutted, we removed a load bearing wall in the kitchen, painted the whole house and installed engineered hardwood floors. Project took about 5 months from start to finish. We were so happy with the finished product and they even filmed a video of the project once it was done!

  Very happy with the kitchen remodel that Dream Design Kitchen & Bath did. Everyone who sees it that knows the space we had before are amazed at the transformation. All the crew that came to work at our home were very friendly and hard working. Daniel and Paulo were great to work with and gave me the kitchen of my dreams.

  Do not use this company. They will give you every excuse to push back permit pulling, and constantly gaslight the customer when you follow up on their quality of work. This is not quality or worth the time. Constant false promises by the owners and work site supervisor. When you follow up with them they say you have to talk to someone else and you either are not gIven an answer or youre told youre wrong and xx was never discussed. They dont pull permits until after the job is done...and they wait until you nagg them daily to do so. They were hired to ground the house and upgrade the electrical box. Paulo and Daniel swore the "other one" pulled the permit already or they will "next week". They sent their employees in to work on the electrical box but the employee stated they were not a licensed electrician in the United States but they were the electrical handyman in their home country. After checking public records of permits, I found out no permits were pulled. I ended up hiring an electrical company in Jacksonville to check the outlets that Dream Design claimed to have grounded and upgraded. Turns out Dream Design put a false 3 prong outlet and lied about grounding the outlets. When I confront the Paulo about the outlets he said they pull the permits next week after the electrician comes out. -I hired a separate electrical company to do the electrical work instead. When I asked Daniel about why none of the outlets in wet areas were GFI, he danced his way around the answer and lied "ooh you dont need those. GFI is the same as a 3 prong outlets you have already. -false that is a lie. Not all 3 prong outlets are GFI My mother asked me why Dream design was not painting the walls with the paint color I choose. When confronted, Daniel said of primer is the same as paint. See? Its the color you wanted. I had to argue with Daniel - no I may not be in construction but primer is not the same as paint. It is applied to the surface BEFORE the paint. Daniel tried to argue back and state it is the same because it's even the same color. Wrong. The primer (not paint) came from a can that was labeled white primer. Which was sitting next to a can that said "gray paint". Eventually after going back and forth with Daniel he gave in and said oh yeah primer does go on before paint. They are two different colors. After his crew left the painted walls had pencil and and black markings throughout the house, then someone apparently was upset and painted randoms spots of plaster over the newly painted walls. My bathrooms walls needed to be reframed due to previous damage and Daniel tried to say that all of the frames were already replaced even though when I went to the job site, the damaged frames were sistered between new wood. When confronted, he said that Im not looking at the right wood. I had to argue that all of the damaged wood is to be removed and fully replaced with undamaged frames for the reframing of the bathrooms. Eventually after having to argue with Daniel Lerin and Paulo R., the damaged frames were finally fully replaced.
