  From the very first interaction, I was beyond impressed with Ray Newberry Well Drilling. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but every single person I interacted with went above and beyond. I first met part of their crew while they were drilling a well for a new home being built behind my property. They came to my door to ask a small favor, and they were incredibly polite and respectful. During our conversation, I mentioned a concern I had about my own well system. Before leaving, Jordan actually came back to my door with a business card and encouraged me to call the office so they could help. When I called, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Jordan had already passed my information along, so the office staff was expecting my call. The woman who answered the phone was just as kind, friendly, and professional as everyone else I’d met. They scheduled me quickly and had someone out to my house within the same week. Seth came out for the service, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed my issue quickly, answered all of my questions, and never once tried to upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary work. It’s clear this company values honesty and doing what’s right for their customers. From Jordan, to the office staff, to Seth and the entire crew, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in both their work and their customer service. I will absolutely be keeping Ray Newberry Well Drilling’s information for any future well service needs, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Ray Newberry’s Well Drilling, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. A special shout out to the office staff as well. Such a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable group of people. They arrived when they said they would, explained the process clearly, and completed the work efficiently with excellent attention to detail.   I called this company to come fix our water as it had quit working. They called me back first thing that morning, came out and found the problem and got it fixed!! So very helpful and such a pleasant nice technician I talked to, as well as the company secretary that scheduled this for me. Very efficient, and honest on time company, would so very much recommend them for your water system needs.
