  Beautiful houses in a quiet neighborhood. Pet and kids friendly neighborhood. Management are very professional and ready to help with any issues. Veronica and Steve have truly been a blessing. Large parking spaces available. There’s still construction going on so it can be noisy at time. Since also is a new project there are insects like ants and little spiders but it is Florida at the end of the day.

  I bought my townhouse through Landsea and it has been a great experience. Veronica Vazquez was very kind when showing us the property and throughout the process, which was very easy. These townhouses have amazing finishes and are large and spacious. I recommend them 100% and the location is excellent.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Thompson Village Townhomes! Veronica and Stephen are amazing. Always kind, professional, and truly care about the residents. The community doesn’t have amenities yet, but it seems like they’re working hard to make improvements and hopefully add some soon. Their dedication and effort really make this place feel like home. Thank you, Veronica and Stephen, for all that you do for us! Btw our pets are so happy here too!

  Beautiful homes with beautiful finishes and outstanding service. Veronica and Stephen were amazing. They looked into every detail for our home to be perfect. The lender was great to work with, made the process so easy. We will definitely buy more Landsea Homes.
