  Houda has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She was not originally our Real Estate Agent, but she willingly stepped in during the process and took exceptional care of me and my wife. Throughout the entire building experience and even after closing, she has consistently been patient, encouraging, professional, and incredibly responsive. She also handled all of my venting and frustrations during the process with grace and understanding (lol). Her communication and commitment to serving us well truly made a difference.

  I'm a Realtor and my client found this place and found one of the best new home community agents I have come across, Yescenia Garcia. With my client having a tougher file to get pre-approved, she worked tirelessly to find a lender that could make this work for him. We went through 3 lenders before we found the one, and Yescenia, with her background in lending, was able to make it happen. I could not be happier with the customer service at this location. And the house my client is purchasing is AMAZING. We toured a lot of homes and builders and this was the best one by far. I will definitely recommend Yescenia and Risewell Homes in the future!
