  Working with Yescenia has been amazing! I was planning on moving from the Ft Lauderdale area up to apopka and toured a bunch of neighborhoods, but from the moment I met Yescenia and saw the homes, I knew I had found my spot. What stuck out to me is she doesn’t just treat this like another transaction, she cares about who she is working with and goes above and beyond to help. She has been incredible and made this home buying and building process a breeze! Matt, the builder, has also been awesome. Being my first home and a new build I didn’t know what to expect, but he stayed on top of everything and sent pictures/provided updates throughout the whole process. What I thought would be a very stressful time buying/building, turned out to be a very easy and smooth process. I cannot thank Yescenia and Matt enough for everything throughout this process.

  What a great experience as a Realtor and the mom of the buyer! Yesenia went above and beyond! She was super helpful from the moment I called to inquire about the community , contract process, construction process and closing! She and Matt the builder kept us informed throughout the entire construction process. The quality of construction and seamless process is definitely key to buying new construction and they nailed it!! Yesenia is by far the best onsite new home sales professional I have worked with!   My family and I originally toured several new construction communities in the Kelly Park/Apopka area before finding Risewell at Oakview. While we saw some nice homes, we never quite found the right fit, and many of our interactions with sales representatives at other communities felt limited to the homes themselves. Everything changed when we walked into the Oakview sales center and met Yescenia. From the very beginning, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us. This is our third home purchase, and throughout the years we’ve worked with many sales consultants. Yescenia stood out because her knowledge extended far beyond the home itself. She was able to explain the financial and lending side of the process with confidence and clarity, which made us feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. She was also incredibly patient with our family, including our children, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. No matter how many questions we had, she took the time to answer them thoroughly and professionally. As someone who has been through the home-buying process multiple times, I can honestly say that Yescenia provided one of the best experiences we’ve had.
