  Where do I start? The past 7 months have been a journey but This has been the easiest,most supportive home buying and first time home building process ever!! Everyone is so so soooo supportive and advocates for you to achieve your dream home! Particularly Yesenia at the sales office, she is a Gem! Great communicator, SUPER supportive and truly shares the joy! Matt, our builder is such an Amazing person, truly!! Very patient, thorough, warm and explains everything you need! And our mortgage consultant, Steven, absolutely wonderful!! He worked with us, made a smart/effective plan for us so we can meet our goals and locked in a good rate for us! All these people are a blessing and have made the process so easy! The home is such a great build! Quality is exceptional! We love it! I 1000% recommend

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yescenia was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Her patience, compassion, and professionalism truly set her apart. She took the time to listen to our needs, answer every question, and guide us through the process without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how genuinely caring and understanding she was throughout the entire experience. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. Her professionalism is second to none, but it’s her patience and compassion that made such a lasting impression on us. We are incredibly grateful for everything Yescenia did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about her clients. She absolutely deserves 5 stars! She listened to our needs and introduced us to Bargrove Estates where we ended up purchasing our forever home.

  I had such a wonderful experience working with Yescenia throughout my client’s new construction home purchase. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish, and she truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for my buyers. What stood out most was how attentive and accommodating she was throughout the entire process. She was always willing to help, answer questions, and make sure my clients felt taken care of every step of the way. It was clear that she genuinely cared about their experience and wanted them to be happy in their new home.   We had such an amazing experience working with Yescenia at Risewell Homes! From beginning to end, she was an incredible communicator and was always transparent with us throughout the entire process. She truly went to bat for us anytime we needed her and made sure our questions and concerns were heard and addressed. Buying a home can feel overwhelming and scary, but Yescenia made the entire experience feel so much easier. We always felt like we had someone in our corner who genuinely cared about our family and our experience. We are so grateful for everything she did to help us get to closing day and into our new home! We would absolutely recommend Yescenia to anyone considering a home with Risewell Homes.   Working with Yescenia has been amazing! I was planning on moving from the Ft Lauderdale area up to apopka and toured a bunch of neighborhoods, but from the moment I met Yescenia and saw the homes, I knew I had found my spot. What stuck out to me is she doesn’t just treat this like another transaction, she cares about who she is working with and goes above and beyond to help. She has been incredible and made this home buying and building process a breeze! Matt, the builder, has also been awesome. Being my first home and a new build I didn’t know what to expect, but he stayed on top of everything and sent pictures/provided updates throughout the whole process. What I thought would be a very stressful time buying/building, turned out to be a very easy and smooth process. I cannot thank Yescenia and Matt enough for everything throughout this process.
