  These guys are the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with in the housing industry. Communication was spot on with a photo library every day to my phone to keep me updated on the progress.   Alpha Foundations came out to repair our foundation. We needed multiple piers installed around the house, more than we initially thought. Steven, David, and Isaiah were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, efficient, had great communication, and explained everything they were doing including the changes we needed to make to our original plan. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and we really appreciate their help. We will definitely be recommending Alpha Foundations to anyone needing foundation work! Thank you!

  Have a house purchased about seven months ago, that was built in 1958. Expected some issues with its age, but not a problem with the crawl space. Turned out that when built, there was not adequate space between floor joists and soil, which created moisture coming into house with mold and dust problems. There are very few companies that can deal with that kind of issue. Alpha Foundations was able to get their inspection specialist there within a couple days. Tyler was very thorough and provided details with pictures and floor mapping of the house's problem. An understandable plan of action that made sense was provided. Alpha Foundations was able to get crew there in a good time frame to open up the crawl space to begin the process of encapsulation. Site manager Ben and his team of Andrew and George did the hard work of moving a very large amount of dirt out to open up area. During this process, some old pipe problems with major leaks stalled the project until plumbing crew could repair them. Ben was able to reschedule the final encapsulation within several days of plumbing repair. The crew finished the work in one day. All the individuals from Alpha Foundations were friendly and answered any and all questions throughout the whole process. Despite the difficult labor, they seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The encapsulation will remove all the previous problems, as well as adding value to the house and lowering cooling costs. Not cheap, but reasonable for the significant work required to get process done. I would not wish anyone to have to deal with major crawl space issues, but if one would have such misfortune, I certainly would recommend getting Alpha Foundations involved with the repair.

  I was sold a sidewalk job to level and repair a very small section of sidewalk on the Wekiva trail. Chris B was the salesman that came to my home and sold me a job that I did not receive. First of all, he told me the job would be done in 1-2 weeks. He knew we were on a time crunch. He waited a couple days before calling to schedule so we couldn't back out of the contract (to get out deposit back within the first 3 days). He scheduled us over a month out. Then after waiting a month, the crew came out today. They spent 30 mins at my home and grinded down 4 corners of the sidewalk. They charged me over $2,000 for this 30mins of work. They did not perform the job/work that was sold to me by Chris. Chris told us that the sidewalk would first be leveled and if needed, they may need to grind a couple spots. He even went into great detail on their technology and how they were going to level the concrete. Nothing was leveled. I could have grinded down the corners myself but I needed it leveled. I feel taken advantage of and I warn anyone thinking of using this company...they are just a sales company and do not perform the work that is promised.

  My crew of Jonah , Andrew and Patrick just finished up on my crawl space ‘remodel’. I jokingly said it looks so good down there now, you could sleep in there. It’s a 100 year old house and they pulled out a 100 years of crap, dug ditches for the drain lines under the house, added all the insulation, vapor barrier, sump pump, dehumidifier etc. It’s messy, tough work and this crew was great. Hard working, polite, neat. Cleaned up afterwards. Thank you.
