- PNPatricia NobleMay 8, 20265.0I had a bathtub drain that was over 30 years old and completely stuck, needing removal and replacement. The first plumber sent was unable to remove it, which was frustrating, although I understood the company was not at fault for how severely stuck the drain was. The company then sent another plumber, Dave, who tried several different methods and was finally able to successfully remove the drain. Dave was extremely experienced and even mentioned that his father was also a plumber, which really showed through his knowledge and persistence. The alternative would have been spending thousands of dollars replacing an otherwise undamaged bathtub, so I truly appreciated his effort and expertise. Dave completely turned around what started as a negative experience and is a real asset to the company. The pricing was fair, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
- KPKristi PhillipsApr 20, 20261.0Used to only use A1 and have used them several times with no issues. My last experience has been awful and I will no longer be using them. I had a garbage disposal installed. During install, the disposal started to smoke. The technician told me there must be an electrical issue and I should get an electrician to come out. I did, electrician found the wiring had been sucked into the new disposal during install and chopped. I contacted A1, and provided pictures from the electrician, as I felt the electrician should be reimbursed since it was an install issue on their part. I’ve left several messages and texts and no one is calling me back. I will no longer be using them. During the issue too, it took me several calls and messages and was a headache to get a manager to contact me at all. Horrible customer service for an install issue on their end.
