  Abort - turn around keep driving to another builder. There are plenty at the entrance. Our home is less then 2 years old and I could go through a list of problems we have had with this builder and their terrible customer service when it comes to standing by their products and services fromduring the sakes process to post ownership now approx 20 mo into purchase. You would think a home almost 1/2 a million dollars a builder would want to handle any and all issues or at least honor the installed appliance warranties and seek reimbursement for a home that’s less then 2 years old (a water heater for example) vs making it the customers issue. Multiple other issues and this has not been our first but was our last that was just unacceptable and wish another local guide like myself who has business review experience and historical business reviews prior would have posted and warned me to keep driving to one of the many other builders. Unfortunate that simple customer service like volunteering to facilitate the warranty for your tankless water heater that’s only 20 months old repair / replacement is beyond their builder / seller willingness to assist and facilitate. Last new home we designed and build was a Ryan home and was great with top notch customer service. Before you buy a Richmond take the time ro maybe knock on 2-3 random doors on Golden Beach and all us neighbors care for each other like close friends and know one another struggles with Richmond work product and unwillingness to assist with basic issues outside 1 year of ownerships… just pick 2-3 random doors on golden beach or Jensen view and ask what their thoughts are if you don’t want to take this local guides review as a warning. Also, look at how infrequent if ever in all my reviews I’ve ever given one star. Do better Richmond America - if this review is still live the issue is unresolved.

  Received a defective AC unit when I purchased this home. Instead of replacing the unit, they keep resending technicians to temporary fix the issue. My one year inspections will be coming up in October and they refuse to replace it. I will not recommend this company.

  Worked with Trace and Dimitri to buy our dream home at Waterset and they made the process easy! Both were very kind and helpful and any time we needed a question answered, they were quick to do so. Excellent customer service. Dimitri went above and beyond to make sure the house was about perfect upon move in and if there was an issue, he was quick to resolve. We only just closed this week but so far we are thrilled with our experience working with this team.

  I wanted to take the time to say thank you for all your assistance with our new home. Brian Wolford was wonderful and extremely easy to work with. My realtor, Sarah, has worked with many builders throughout her career, and she loved working with Brian. For that reason, she normally deters buyers from looking into new construction, but now she will be bringing more buyers to your team. Brian promptly took care of items for us and was attentive to anything else we needed to get done for the house. He was patient, kind, and very professional. We love our new HOUSE!!! :) Again, Brian, thank you very much for all the help!
