- LLLucasAug 4, 20261.0I walked in and I spoke to the counter rep to my left and all of a sudden was interrupted by the counter rep to the right. I was there to pick up a hot water heater with a return authorization number from the manufacturer. As soon as I was interrupted the negative vibe began filling up the store until I decided to stop and excuse myself and said no thank you I’ll go to a different Ferguson store. That’s when the rep. said no no wait we just need info from you and began backpedaling and deflating the bad vibe. Basically I had to “check” them in order to get a better service. I ended up getting the water heater. But I feel compelled to write a review.
