He was due here today by 3 to replace our water heater but the crash/shutdown on l-95 screwed up everything. He called and we rescheduled for the next day at 8AM. Then an hour later he called to say he was coming anyway and stayed 2 hours through his own dinner time. He knew we were without hot water for 4 days. This is why everyone should deal with local, family owned businesses. Don't ever go with large, national chain companies. He uses top notch equipment/brands, and his fess were quite reasonable for the service he provided.......service above and beyond. Peg Cammann, Newark, DE
