  The office contacted us to schedule annual maintenance. We arranged our schedule to be here. After the tech got here, he informed us that because we had an oil burner, it was not cool enough to do maintenance. He said it was to early in year. Why did office schedule it???

  Michael hornung was awesome. He was very detailed and informative about my hvac system giving me tips and recommendations for various services and parts, along with estimates. I would recommend him and one hour heating and air. I did not feel ripped off or given crazy estimates like some other local companies.

  Nathan is awesome and very professional as he stepped outside to speak with the owner that is renting the unit to keep the discussion private with regards to repairs. Also, both Nathan and Arjay provided exceptional service! Thank you

  Had very good experience with 1-hour heating this morning. The service person Mike came out within an hour of me calling them because of an ac unit not working. He identified the problem and had a replacement part on his truck and replaced it. Can’t believe it was all fixed in such a timely manner and for less than $300.
