- SKShel KJun 2, 20262.0Called to inquire about an effluent pump stating the exact voltage and specifications I needed, was told it was in stock, drove almost an hour to pick it up and they did not carry the model I asked for. Parts salesman at the counter was very helpful however sales representative needs to pay a little more attention to details when taking a call. Frustrating, otherwise I'm sure a good supply outfit.
