  Problems happen with any service. What really upsets me is I gave management the opportunity to address the problem before I left a negative review. They chose to ignore it. I will not use Ben Franklin Plumbing again. Beware of their business practices. Especially their pricing, which is significantly higher than other plumbing services.

  Nick and Shaun’s customer service was 100% in my book. I was so stressed out and didn’t know what to do after exhausting all my possibilities and he came in and ease my mind and was able to get the job done quickly. I didn’t have to schedule it the next day for him to come back out and fix it; he got the job done the same day and was able to have Shaun come out the next day. My home was not left dirty or in disarray. The jobs were done swiftly and did not take much time and that in my book is a A+..
