  I am simply over the moon with the outcome of my exterior house painting extravaganza! The project manager Tania demonstrates excellent initiative in tackling challenges with a creative, solution-driven mindset as well as providing comfort to someone such as myself who was extremely nervous with such a complex and colossal project. Also included with the modest pricing is exceptional workmen ship along with musical entertainment that the painting staff (Julian) provides which is phenomenal by the way! I want to thank the entire staff at Alvarez Painting for making me feel important and comfortable through the entire process! Simply put, Amazing!!!! 100+ stars!! Amelia

  We had these folks out last year to paint all of our ceilings, 4 windows, 3 exterior doors, mailbox and install a complete new staircase. Excellent work, communication and ability to start and finish the job without any problems.

  I had an excellent experience with this painter. They were very professional, punctual, and highly skilled in their work. Every wall was carefully prepared before painting, resulting in a smooth and flawless finish. The color selection advice was very helpful and suited my home perfectly. The work was completed on time with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean afterward. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would gladly recommend them.

  Date: January 22, 2026- March 19,2026 Project: 1.New Kitchen with Quartz counter top, 2. Master Bedroom, 3. Second floor foyer from ( floor carpet removal to laminate flooring) 4. Stairs: (from carpet removal to hard wood steps) and 5.1st floor foyer and formal dining room refinishing floor. Why Did I Choose Alvarez painting, LLC? 1. Proper Licensing and Insurance - 5 stars 2.
