  EuroHomes built our custom home in West Fenwick last year and they did an incredible job. Their communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. During the build we had numerous friends and family that are very well versed in home building visit and comment on how solid and impressive the construction was. We were extremely particular customers and had a lot of very detailed requests. Narek and George approached each request with the same attention to detail that they would take as if it were their own home. They really care. The communication and planning was also great. Narek would contact me on a regular basis reminding me of decisions still needed, projected construction timelines and estimated completion dates. He answered all my calls (which were numerous), or would return my call the same day or next day at the latest. I can’t say enough about Narek and EuroHomes. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a custom home build or renovation. You will receive a high quality build at a very reasonable price, accompanied by an attentive and caring owner and crew.

  We recently were lucky enough to meet Narek through Angie’s List. What a blessing! In 2019 we were taken by a really bad contractor who remodeled our kitchen. It was a mess! I couldn’t even reach the microwave. Narek kept in touch with us every step of the way. His designer was amazing. He worked with our budget. His workers did not fool around but put a full day in and always cleaned up. His crew chief George was great! I had a bad fall right before they started and was in the hospital most of the time and they really worked hard to finish quickly. It is really hard to find good honest contractors but Narek is one. I would recommend him to anyone. If we do any other projects we will definitely use him. He is also a down right nice honest person.

  We had been looking for a preretirement/ vacation home for about two years in the Ocean View area. During the first few months of the pandemic, we found a brand new home for sale built by EuroHomes that had the features we wanted inside as well as out. Narek and his team build lovely homes. The attention to details caught our eyes immediately when we saw the home online. As others have stated, the millwork alone is beautiful. The design is open and modern allowing a lot of light to enter. We love our house.

  Narek, George and Eurohomes team built my home! It is an extremely solid home with many fine details in wood work, cabinetry and so much more. Design and thought was given to every element from the size and placement of the windows and doors for the best views to the lighting to overflow into the rooms. First impressions as you pull up to my home to first impressions as you enter are warm inviting and simply perfect! I had requests as the home was built and Neric was always Responsive, honest and fair! His goal is for you to be happy in the home he builds. Many builders just want to be done but Narek truly wants you to enjoy your new home. He is always planning ahead and communication is fantastic. The details of all the work that is accomplished makes all the difference and would be much more expensive with most builders such as trim on cabinetry and crown molding, doors and window molding, ceiling and exquisite woodwork that is throughout!! If you want a well built home done by honest, caring, hardworking fair and punctual people, then you want Eurohomes! The best by far!!! Thank you!

  We have built two other custom homes and completely remodeled a third, so we know what quality construction looks like. From our first interaction with Narek (owner), I was sure that Euro Homes would be building our new beach home. The job was large, not only were we building a new custom home, but needed to demolish our families large old (1970s) brick ranch house on the property. Narek’s bid was significantly more complete (included items not even addressed in others) and the most competitive we received. Euro is a truly custom home builder – Narek worked together with us to finalize our homes design and features and was willing to work with plans I created myself (not many other were willing to do so). As construction ensued and challenges arose (as they always do in custom construction), Narek gave us all the options and provided his recommendation for how best to proceed and all along kept us on track from a schedule standpoint – even during the peak of the COVID19 pandemic. We are extremely pleased with our new home and would recommend Euro/Narek and his team to anyone considering a renovation or new home construction.
