- SHSteve “Reviewer, Teacher, Father” HawleywoodJun 29, 20221.0Worst experience ever! 2 orders, and 2 big problems. The online outlet has 3 hour wait on phone for customer service and the email told me to call and wait. The local outlet won't deal with the online purchases made. I didn't get 1 of 3 vacuums and they sent an email saying it was complete. 2 other orders I can't get from the local store because they won't recognize or talk to the online store even though the purchase was for me to pick it up at the local store which has it in stock! Stay clear of this company and save yourself a lot of time and stress!
