  Our HOA hired Ocean View Roofing after obtaining three quotes. Ocean View provided the best quote on the GAF UHDZ shingle and were available for install less than a week after signing contract. The project was completed in two days and all owners are satisfied with the value and results.

  Jim Gates the owner could not have been more helpful. I was so happy to find a local contractor. He was courteous, and his team did an amazing job. Love our new roof!

  Jim was very pleasant and friendly to work with. He was "low pressure". Easy to get a hold of. Showed up on time. His team did a good job. Would definitely work with him again. Very personable like a friend. Genuine nice guy. He outsources the gutters and they did a good job as well.

  Kudos to Jim and his team for my beautiful new roof! Upfront Jim took the time to talk us through options without a sales pitch. The job was done neatly, and cleanup was done very well also. As they were doing the work neighbors commented what a great job they were doing, and that the job was done without debris everywhere. We researched other companies and we feel we made the perfect decision to use Ocean View Roofing.
