  We closed on our home July 14th and couldn't be happier! Our salesperson. Kathy Jacobs was very attentive to every detail in the process and demystified an otherwise complicated array of paperwork. Dan Ryan builders is a quality builder which is evident by the finishes in our new home. The project manager, Curt Snyder, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend that anyone wanting to locate in this area check out Silver Woods.

  We just closed on our townhouse (7/8/26) in Silverwoods Community in Ocean View, DE. It’s beautiful but with any new builds there were a few hiccups the first week that were missed with walk thru inspections. Curtis Synder, Project Manager addressed all the problems immediately. He has been great to work with! Another person to mention and great to work with is Kathleen Jacobs, Senior Sales Consultant. She has been wonderful to share her knowledge of the area. We are looking forward to many great memories in our 2nd home.

  We recently purchased a villa in the Silver Woods community. The real estate agent, Cynthia Carroll, took several hours over two days to show us the model home along with several other homes that were available in Silver Woods. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. She also was very familiar with the area and was able to show us the amenities close by which was very important to us since we are new to the area. Cynthia encouraged us to place a bid on the villa we fell in love with. She put us at ease and walked us through the process. We appreciated all her assistance! The project manager of the Silver Woods development, Curt Snyder, couldn’t be better. He performed our walkthroughs & corrected all the little things we noticed. He also provided us his card & a way to reach him directly in the event of any issues. Our villa is well built & we are enjoying it immensely. Thank you to everyone at DRB homes who had a part in building our forever home. We love it!

  Excellent townhouse, great job DRB Home Mr. Curtis is a great superintendent He always walked his home looking for all kinds of small or bigger details for making his homes looks great and better for his customers 👏👏👏👏
