- ASAlbert Smith6 days ago1.0We are yet another pair of disappointed Beazer buyers here in Silver Woods Villas, Ocean View, DE. After a four month delay in delivering our "finished" home, we can't get any warranty service. We found out the construction manager was replaced and the sales team was moved to another community in July. It got so bad, we had a local realtor come buy the jobsite and take pictures. We were repeatedly lied to about the progress made toward completing our home. We have been waiting for service on a cracked toilet for a month. Our swamp of a backyard is unusable due to mosquitoes and flies because their silt fencing prevents any drainage. The new sod is dying and it smells bad. We paid extra for finished wood stairs and can't get touch up stain, they claim it's a custom blend. A small jar isn't too much to ask, not even asking them to do the touch up work. So sorry we didn't see how badly they treat buyers after they get our money. We would have looked elsewhere. The one bright spot is the new construction manager, who seems as frustrated with his employers as we are.
