I appreciate the gesture in righting and steering the situations to a better direction. Thank you Natanna! 24 October 2016 I appreciate the work being done on my roof, but the customer service experience has been disappointing during installation. Project delays and unanswered questions made it difficult to stay informed. More timely communication and follow-through would have been appreciated. Though the job is not complete as promised. I am willing to give the Team the chance to restore trust, perhaps better this review and be done. Please assist.

However, we paid for an extended warranty from Temco and G Fedale And have never received it. It has been eight months and numerous calls with Little to no communication from G Fadele. I do not understand why I cannot get a warranty from these people Which was promoted, and promised by the salesman.
