  ⭐️ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience with G. Fedale. The siding had to be replaced after the initial installation, and during the work our AC line was damaged, resulting in damage to our AC unit that we had to pay to repair. The damage also caused my daughter’s bedroom to flood, resulting in the ceiling falling in. G. Fedale never offered to pay for the resulting damages. They also damaged our roof and interior window trim. They have been to our home more than 10 times, yet the work is still not right. We have been given repeated assurances that issues would be fixed, but our experience has left us with no confidence in the quality of the work. At this point, we do not trust G. Fedale’s workmanship and will not allow them back into our home. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

  Excellent company to work with. Communication is exceptional. Text messages confirming my appointment with Zack out of their Georgetown office with his estimated arrival time. Zack called before arriving and showed up exactly on time. As busy as my days are, having that accuracy was so helpful. He evaluated my roof for replacement. He has been very knowledgeable and straightforward in everything we discussed. Having been in the service business my entire life I highly recommend Zack and G Fedale !

  We just had our roof replaced and the company was excellent. The project manager, Chris Battistone was attentive and professional. The crew worked extremely hard on very hot days. They were very good at clean up after the days work. Thank you the Hendricks

  Turned out my issue is most likely not an exterior issue. That said, they still stopped by and gave me an honest opinion in a very professional manner. If I do need an exterior repairs / replacements in the future I would 100% give them a chance at the business based off my interaction.

  I chose G. Fedale to replace my front windows and wanted to compliment their business. I've worked with G. Fedale in the past and hoped this experience would be just as positive as my past experience. It was. It was a pleasure to see the Project Consultant, Tom DiRocco again. It's been six years since G. Fedale replaced my roof and Tom's charismatic sales personality eased my anxiety as I informed him of my window choice. I met the Project Manager, Franko before the window installation and on the day of installation. His warm and professional personality enabled me to clarify concerns related to the installation process. Jen scheduled my installation date. She provided a guide to the crews' arrival since I had a reactive dog. I met Omar and Angel on the installation day. They were exceptional tradesmen, who removed the damaged window frame and rotted wood beneath the frame and sill. They answered my questions and kept the work area clean. The remaining crew Raul and Joevanny joined Omar and Angel mid day with the new windows and wood completing the work by mid afternoon. Their technical skills and team work impressed me. G. Fedale is fortunate having Tom DiRocco, Franko, Raul, Omar, Angel and Joevanny working with their company. It is my pleasure to request customers to consider G.
