  I had a great experience with Elijah Wood as my specialist. He listened to the problem I was experiencing with my thermostat and did a thoroughly inspection to be sure it was the corrected. He also encouraged me to sign up the membership and I'm happy for that decision. Thanks again Elijah!

  I bought a mobile home and found damage under the flooring due to leaking plumbing. Harris Plumbing sent Kyle out to take a look and he immediately noted the faulty poly B piping that was part of a class action lawsuit years ago, requiring repiping throughout the home. He also sent me pictures and video of all the damage done to the insulation below for my insurance company to look at. He offered Harris’ yearly home maintenance program to save me money on the service as well as any future services needed, and the plan also gives me peace of mind by inspecting my HVAC and furnace twice a year. Kyle was available for follow up questions and was able to answer them. I have a feeling I will only use their services from now on!

  Our water heater went out unexpectedly at night, so we urgently needed a replacement the next day. After we called Harris Plumbing, they sent Johnny Bell out to our house within an hour of the initial call to look at what we needed and to provide us a quote for the replacement. Johnny worked to not only price match the lowest quote we had received so far, but as he promised, his quote beat it. Once we gave Johnny the go-ahead, he immediately went out to pick up the replacement (even after the supplier had already closed for the day), came back with the replacement unit and another Harris plumber to assist with the job, and within an hour and half, the new water heater was in, old one was out and loaded in the work van, and they left the work site cleaner than it was before. All of that was within four hours from the initial call to Harris, to having hot water back on in the house. Needless to say, I highly recommend Harris, and thankful for Johnny Bell and his fellow Harris plumber who were both professional, respectful of the property, and knowledgeable. Additionally, the price I paid at the end was exactly what was quoted, even though the job ran far past business hours and required two plumbers to get the big old tank out. There are a number of good, reputable plumbing and HVAC companies in northern Delaware like Harris, but Harris may just beat them all on pricing, all for the same level of great service and workmanship as their competitors. Ask for Johnny Bell.

  I had a plpe leak that caused me to shut off the water main to my house, this happened about 3 pm. I went online to look for a plumber, called a few plumbing companys the all said that they would not be available until the following day. But Harris plumbing and heating there to the rescue and I about 2 hours they had my leak fixed and water back on in my house. The technician Q. Richmond was professional and he cleaned up when he was finished. I was very pleased.

  When we discovered that we had no hot water we weren't sure who to call. There are so many places to choose from but I chose Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric and I am SO glad I did. When I called they had someone out here within 30 minutes! Montrell Busbee was awesome! Respectful of our home, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Montrell and his partner Vince went straight to work. Montrell assessed the situation and informed us that our 15 year old water heater needed to be replaced and explained why. He went over all our options and Montrell was very helpful in helping us pick out what we needed. He immediately went to pick up a new water heater to install. When he returned, he told us they would be removing the old one and installing the new one THAT DAY! Montrell wanted to make sure we had hot water that day and for showers the next day. They worked efficiently and had the new water heater installed in a few hours. We were very impressed not only by Montrell's knowledge of plumbing, we were impressed by his professionalism. He also installed a leak detection system that will shut off the water to the tank if there is a leak which a relief to us. Our brand new water heater is now sitting on a drain pan and he did a safety evaluation to make sure everything was up to code. Montrell Busbee was a lifesaver! We could not be more grateful to him and Vince for getting everything done quickly, correctly and efficiently! I will highly recommend Harris Plumbing and Heating to anyone who needs any of the multitude of services they offer and they have an incredible employee in Montrell! We are very lucky to have had him work on our broken water heater! A HUGE Thank you to Montrell and Vince!
