  We had a wonderful experience to be had at the DRB community of the Granary @ Draper Farm. The homes are beautifully designed, the community is thoughtfully planned, Kyle with the sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. If you’re looking for a quality home in a great location, I highly recommend checking out The Granary!

  We have been looking to relocate in Delaware. Our realtor sent us to "The Granary" in Milton. The rain was pouring the day we went; the next day was awesome. We met Kyle Hagan, and he has been great. We currently live in Maine, and hope to relocate at the beginning of the year. Kyle has been so courteous, and cooperative during our process. We worry about these type of issues when you live so far, but Kyle has gone out of his way to be helpful. He has even helped us out on his day off. We look forward to our relationship with DRB and with Kyle. We could not have asked for anyone better to help us out in our search for our new home.

  The Granary is a very nice community and really has our interest in a future purchase. Kyle Hagan was a great sales rep and we look forward to working with him when we decide to make our purchase.
