DON'T USE THIS STORE! The company is currently undergoing an ownership change, and the transition has been very disorganized. I placed and fully paid for a small order of four boxes of hardwood flooring on July 3 because I needed to repair my laundry area. Initially, I did not receive a receipt and had to follow up several times before one was provided. I was told that my order would be ready within three to four days. Today is July 17, and I am still being given vague updates that the order “might arrive today or sometime next week.” The lack of clear communication and the continued delays have been extremely frustrating. I requested a full refund, but I still have not received a response. I went to the store three times and never seen anyone there (one time was a Monday around 4:30 and the store closes at 3).

We had a simply phenomenal experience with John at Hardwood Direct! What an honest, dedicated, professional gentleman! Our flooring installation could not be more perfect. Vick and Mike did an amazing job. I can’t imagine ever using another company for my flooring needs. Being in the real estate Industry, I deal with contractors all the time… John and his crew are top notch! Very, very highly recommend!!

Hardwood Direct was excellent from start to finish. With their well-stocked showroom, generous policy for borrowing samples, and thorough knowledge of every product, we were able to select a wood that we love! John and Tom worked seamlessly to get our project scheduled very quickly, moving things around to accommodate our vacation plans. We came home and felt like we were stepping into an entirely different house. The floors are amazing. The level of craftsmanship is exceptional, with attention to detail evident everywhere we look. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product, service, and overall experience. Great people at a great, local company. Thank you, Hardwood Direct!! Here are some fun before and afters.
