- XCXuan CaiJul 17, 20261.0DON'T USE THIS STORE! The company is currently undergoing an ownership change, and the transition has been very disorganized. I placed and fully paid for a small order of four boxes of hardwood flooring on July 3 because I needed to repair my laundry area. Initially, I did not receive a receipt and had to follow up several times before one was provided. I was told that my order would be ready within three to four days. Today is July 17, and I am still being given vague updates that the order “might arrive today or sometime next week.” The lack of clear communication and the continued delays have been extremely frustrating. I requested a full refund, but I still have not received a response. I went to the store three times and never seen anyone there (one time was a Monday around 4:30 and the store closes at 3).
