- TMTatiana MalinaApr 22, 20261.0We are a construction company and regularly order materials, so we depend on accurate pricing and reliable communication. Unfortunately, this location completely lacks both. Pricing is inconsistent and constantly changing, and no one is able to provide updated quotes. We confirm one price with our clients, only to find out later that the actual cost is different. This is extremely unprofessional and puts our business at risk. Gabe Hornberger asked us to send him our pricing so he could update the receipts. It has now been over three weeks with no response or follow-up. By the time we realized nothing was being done, our project was already completed, and we had to source materials elsewhere. We were also promised a pickup for leftover materials. Robert Johnson scheduled it for Friday the 17th. Over a week has passed, and no one has shown up. On top of that, calls are not being answered. This level of service is unacceptable. There is a clear lack of accountability, organization, and basic customer service. We strongly recommend that headquarters take immediate action, review the performance of Nick Trent, Robert Johnson, and Gabe Hornberger, and provide proper training. This is not how a professional supplier should operate.
