  After a couple of years looking for a new community and home in Sussex County, we settled on Chase Oaks. Specifically, a DRB home. Working with Christy on-site has been great, she's a real pro. Looking forward to finishing the build and moving into our new home later this summer!

  DRB Homes exceeded all of our families expectations! We moved from Idaho and did almost the whole process virtually! We came for a visit in the summer time and from our initial visit with Christy, we all felt welcomed and at home! Christy made us all feel confident and comfortable with the home plan we chose and she helped us figure out all the features that would work best with our family! When we chose to move across country, Christy played an important role in our decision and made us feel confident in our decision! After we started the process Christy remained with us through every step and just didn’t disappear! After that we virtually met with Shelby, to design our forever home! She is super sweet and friendly! Since we were doing the process virtually she emailed me back and forth a million times with ideas. Shelby listened to all our ideas and would send me extremely detailed emails with ideas on backsplash’s, flooring, tile, and all the other fun stuff to chose from! After the design center we met with Tim! Tim was really great too! He did our pre construction walk through and then handed us off to our project manager, Andrew! Andrew was a pleasure to work with! He sent a ton of pictures and details of what was going on every week and what to expect the upcoming week! He walked us through the whole process and keep us informed! Even after closing and moving in Christy, Tim, and Andrew have not disappeared! They are still around to help us or if we have issues. The team of DRB is hard working, friendly, confident in their abilities to provide forever homes to families! DRB is definitely the builder to go with here in Lewes! Thank you DRB Team for our forever home!

  The entire process is seamless, from Christie Dorman is Sales to Andrew Hughes the Project Manager - true professionals. Christie is by far the most knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson in the industry. There is absolutely no comparison to a previous buying experience in Lewes, DE. Christie and Andrew work as a team to make your DRB purchase process exceptional! Thank you to Christie and Andrew for bringing us into the DRB family! You rock!!
