  Our Alltemp technician Wayner was great! He was very thorough in the semi-annual serving our unit. He shared his process and results with me and offered advice on our capacitor. He was friendly and very courteous!

  Today I had my first maintenance service for my HVAC and Tankless water heater with Alltemp Air, the company lived up to its great reputation. Wayner Velasquez did an excellent job keeping me informed before, during and after. He took his time performing the maintenance and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.

  I like using family run businesses for my service work. I am a product of a family business that started as a 1 man shop in 1958 and for which the third generation is now starting to take over. Now to Alltemp. I have used them for the last two + years for my hvac service. The mechanics I’ve dealt with are knowledgeable of their trade, polite and a pleasure to work with! Ps. My family trade is plumbing HVAC and mechanical. I ran the store and service for 40+ years

  Semi-annual hvac service done yesterday. The technician, Wayne Velasquez, was on time, very conscientious, kept us informed of all that was to be done and then what was done after he completed his services. We have used Alltemp Air now as a maintenance service provider and hvac installer for several years now. We are always pleased with the results, the cost and the quality and friendliness and professionalism of every staff member or technician we have dealt with. A great organization to do business with.

  This was routine spring maintenance and installation of a new programmable thermostat. Jason came prepared in the first trip inside with the code needed to access the roof and all the equipment and supplies he needed to made quick work of the routine stuff. Then he helped me determine which thermostat suited my needs, installed it, and helped me set up the app to manage it. A very professional, efficient, and friendly young man. I'll be happy to have him as my HVAC tech anytime.
