  Alltemp has knowledgeable tech. They are prompt and thorough. Our technician Brayden arrived early and was respectful of our property. He didn’t mind that our dog was following him around. This was a maintenance job. We purchased the house in July of 2022 so we thought it was a good idea to make sure the HVAC was working properly and no issues. Brayden provided some good tips and recommended some minor maintenance in efforts to keep our system functioning. He had the materials on hand to replace what was recommended.

  The purpose of this review is to comment on the service provided on 2 July 2026. The service was provided by Scott and I must tell you, that young man is an incredible ambassador for Alltemp Air. He worked efficiently and explained everything he was doing to the unit. He also provided guidance on things to do between regular servicing. We are thrilled that we found Alltemp because our previous service provider decided to no longer work on residential HVAC. I thoroughly advise any new client to get the annual service agreement because you get great value for your money. When I schedule the Fall service, I will definitely see if Scott is available. Alltemp is a top-shelf company!

  Jason Hernandez was prompt, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave us both long term and short term solutions. He was quickly able to remedy the problem and got our conditioner up and running. Thank you to Jason and your company for having such efficient employees.

  We purchased two HE 18 SEER American Standard heat pump/propane furnace systems five years ago from a different company that has since left the area three years ago. We searched for a replacement HVAC company and chose Alltemp. What I can say about Alltemp is that they are a friendly company to deal with and their service techs are prompt, cordial and display competence in servicing our HVAC units along with having our best interest in mind. I truly believe I couldn't have made a better choice and appreciate their consistent performance for us.

  We have a Whirlpool steam dryer that is 10-1/2 years old and it needed the vent professionally cleaned. We contacted Alltemp Air and set up an appointment. We were told the cost would be $200.00. Their technician, Mr. Nazarii, arrived at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9. My husband greeted Mr. Nazarii and then showed him where the outside vent was at the back of our house and then took him into the laundry room to show him the dryer. Mr. Nazarii described to us the vent cleaning process and stated the machine he would be using is very loud and noisy. He was finished the job within approximately one hour. He also replaced the flex hose that connects from the dryer to the wall vent and secured both ends. He took time to explain to us exactly what he did. He also cleaned up the entire area and moved the dryer back into place. He did a phenominal job and we can't thank him enough!!! He then showed us pictures of the inside of the vent before and after he cleaned it. We couldn't believe how much lint, dust, and pet hair had accumulated over these many years, and then realized how fortunate we are that it didn't cause a fire. We appreciate Alltemp Air and their staff....all nice people. We are very grateful to Mr. Nazarii for the thorough job he did when cleaning/vacuuming out our dryer vent!!! Thanks to him, our dryer is working much more efficiently now. Yesterday, when I started the dryer, I selected the "Normal" cycle which is 38 minutes. It used to run the full 38, but now, it goes from 38 to 37 to 36 to 4 minutes.... I was shocked but also impressed! Hopefully our electric bill will be much less next month! Mr. Nazarii is very kind, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and professional, and he is a major asset to Alltemp Air. We highly recommend!!!
