  We were having issues with a funky thermostat that we could not figure out how to set min/max temperature ranges and other settings. Figured we needed a new advanced thermostat with fancy apps and would naturally need new wires run which we were prepared to do. We had AllTemp come to do the work but instead our technician took a look and said oh we can definitely do that without a new thermostat setup and showed us how. Didn’t try to sell us unlike the other providers we had been working with. Not to mention, we called them yesterday about this and they got here this morning! Very impressed by the whole process.

  Brayden, Glenn and the front office were all great. We have a Comfort Aire mini split unit and the part we needed was not widely available. After some time Glenn was able to locate the required part. Brayden got it installed and all is working correctly again.

  Scott troubleshooted and fixed several issues with utmost care and expertise. He went over and above to make sure both HVAC units were perfect and exceeded expectations in customer service!

  This our first service year with Alltemp Air. We recently needed emergency service for broken heat pump and air handler. The experience was terrific. Professional company and teamwork. From office and ops support / great communications and field service from Braydon and David who did the install. Thanks for the great job!

  I have recently purchased an American Standard cooling and heating unit from Alltemp, in Lewes, DE. After conducting extensive research before making my purchase, I can confidently say that I made the right choice by selecting this company. I would like to extend my gratitude to the owner, Dave, who came out after four months to check the unit and change the filter. His professionalism and patience were evident as he took the time to explain the unit's features and functions in detail. Dave's assurance that once a customer purchases a unit from Alltemp, they become part of the family is profoundly appreciated, and it is evident that he genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend Alltemp to anyone in need of a new heating or cooling unit, as well as for repairs. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and I am confident that others will feel the same way.
