The construction of the home was exceptional, and the project manager Reese was very thorough with my buyers during their homeowner orientations. My only concern was the lack of communication throughout the build process, especially once the contract was signed. With the sales team turnover, I was not notified of the change or provided with new contact information. As an agent who is actively involved with their buyers, this can be a major issue. I understand that changes can happen, and I am grateful for the excellent work on the build. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that we can ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
