- MMMichelle Morris3 days ago5.01 day turn around! Tech was great. Explaining problem. Our tolite pump failed probably due to a flushing of our neighborhood main pipes being backed up by sediment. Clogged sink pipes are an issue here too, affecting all 12 units. Very nice not having to wait days or hours! Thank you Custom Mechanical

I called their office and Heather was not on her way as one of the text mentioned but sitting next to the person who answered the phone. I hope posting this will help stop these texts.
- MBMichael BinderAug 14, 20264.0Our tech did a great job, but changing the filter semi-annuallyl should be a basic part of a PM assessment and semi-annual contract visit. If I have to change the filters, what value does Custom Mechanical add? Today, my tech did an assignment of a brand new system...and changed a filter that I provided. I have another unit served by Service Today. They ALWAYS provide and change filters. Please tell me why my next contracts on two places should be with Custom Mechanical instead of Service Today. I am doing a side by side comparison. This is a great opportunity to show me how (if) Custom Mechanical is better than Service Today. Also, I already paid for a PM semiannul assessment contract, yet Custom Mechanical send me a second invoice...which is double billing.
- VKVictoria KingAug 13, 20265.0Only good things to say about Dylan. He did a great job fixing my A/C. He was great at explaining what the problem was and he fixed it. I called Custom Mechanical at 3pm and Dylan was at the door about an hour and a half. It was about 90 degrees and I was dreading spending the night without having AC. We would have had to find a hotel somewhere. Dylan was very knowledgeable about HVAC units. Since we got such excellent service we are calling Custom Mechanical when our unit has to be replaced.
