- TBThomas Burt1 day ago5.0I called with a complaint about my air conditioning not working. A very capable technician was over within 3 hours. He systematicly inspected the unit and quickly identified the problem. He politely described what had to be done, which would require four hours the next day. He returned the next day with all the parts he needed. After four hours passed, the air conditioner was operational. My Warranty with Custom Mechsnical covered the entire cost.
- RDRandy Decampli1 day ago5.0Excellent service prompt response and great work by the technician. My issue was when we turned on the AC the circuit breaker tripped. Called customer service said technician will call between 4 and 8 pm today. Just after 4 he called and said I am on my way. He had it fixed in no time and we have AC now.
- LDLori Davis1 day ago5.0My son entered our beach house yesterday at 7:30pm and the temperature was 89°. I immediately called the emergency line at Custom Mechanical. Dylan returned my phone call and was there within an hour. He let me know when he was leaving his previous appointment. Let me know when he arrived as well as explaining the repairs he did prior to his leaving. I cannot recommend Custom Mechanical enough as we have been using them for preventive maintenance for over 20 years. Additionally, Dylan is an asset to their team and was very polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

- TTThomas TydingsMay 6, 20265.0Just had a 24-year old gas furnace and AC unit replaced by Custom Mechanical. Very pleased with all aspects of the experience from the estimation and quotation process with Steve to the actual installation done by Federico, Logan and Kenny. Installation took nearly a full day since both the gas furnace and the old AC were replaced. The old AC unit was replaced with a heat pump that should save us on heating costs in the future. The installation team was very knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. They did a great job explaining the work to my satisfaction and keeping me involved where appropriate. Federico was very helpful in explaining the new thermostat and smart phone app. All in all, we’re very satisfied with the new systems and professionalism of the installation. We have complete trust in Custom Mechanical and rely on them for all of our heating and cooling service needs.
