  Jose was GREAT, he was knowledgeable and showed incentive with addressing what he initially saw as a issue with moving forward with the work, he spoke with Bill and Amy and they were able to find a solution that resolved Jose’s concern.

  Dominic with DryZone came out to the house and did a great job. He went so above and beyond going step by step over our crawlspace. Great company we look forward to working with them in the coming years!! Plus my dog loves him.

  Grand Slam for Dry Zone! Working with Dry Zone has been an absolute pleasure. Even before the work began, I received in the mail an overview packet of the company and the various work Dry Zone does and the superior products they use. This prepared me and also educated me on the various solutions to the issues I was having with my sidewalk and driveway. The company representative, Nick Theofiles, was not only punctual but superb. He is easy to work with and knowledgeable about what solutions were available to me. He listened to all my concerns and answered every question. He took the time to go over my quote and the work involved. What a great decision! Going with Dry Zone was the right choice. They are local and arrived as scheduled. The work was done thoroughly and the cleanup was meticulous. I am completely satisfied with the work Dry Zone did for me. In fact, if Google reviews offered a sixth star for satisfaction, I would give Dry Zone that! They were that good.

  DryZone encapsulated our crawl space last year and recently did the first annual maintenance checkup. The encapsulation was done very well. The process is a bit costly but well worth it in our judgment. DryZone service tech DominicC. performed our annual maintenance checkup and did a fantastic job — careful, comprehensive, well-documented. He answered all our questions patiently and clearly. The checkup found nothing major to repair. The cost of the checkup was reasonable.

  We had Dry Zone perform our annual crawl space inspection which they encapsulated several years ago . Dominic Ciampo was our technician and he was wonderful. His customer service was textbook- greeted us, introduced himself, explained what services will be done, and provided a detailed report with specific issues that were performed. Well done Dominic and Dry Zone!
