  Chad came to check out what was going on with my dehumidifier. He was pleasant, professional and explained things thoroughly. Took pictures and walk me thru what he'd done. So glad I called dry zone. My experience has been awesome.

  The initial installation was completed and done very well. Sorry that I can’t remember the team that did it. On 06/29/2026 Dominic Ciampo came to the house because the Water Watch alarm want off due to water in the crawl space. He came and cleaned the water up and worked on the crawl space well because it was. It draining properly. After another heavy rain the crawl space got water again. This time Chad Osborne came out and found that the well was still not draining properly and that water was also coming in from the top of the door to the crawl space. Chad addressed both problems and tested them with a water test. The well was draining properly and the water from the top of the door didn’t run into the crawl space. The work that everyone did was carefully diagnosed and worked on to keep water out of our crawl Space.
