  I am having some water intrusion in my basement, and Nick T from Dry Zone came out to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He inspected my basement and the exterior of my home, and came back with a solution. We discussed the job and Dry Zone. I booked my repair. I will write another review once the repair is complete, but so far AAA+++!!

  Hi DryZone, Just wanted to let you know the fellows completed our project today and are on their way home. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. Your team called us with their arrival time and were here on the dot. They (Jose and Omar) were very professional and easy to work with. They did a great job and we were very surprised when they said they were done. It’s nice to have folks that are experts and know just what they are doing. We checked out the finished job and it really looks great. There is no mess from their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs your type of services. Best regards and thanks again.   We bought our home in Felton, DE 18 months ago after another company supposedly took care of the water issues in the crawlspace. That company wouldn't even return my phone calls. And now I'm glad they didn't! I ended up calling DryZone to come out and do things right. Don Webb met with us to discuss our options. There were no high-pressure sales gimmicks, just straightforward information on the problems he documented when he inspected our crawlspace and the long-term guaranteed options DryZone could provide. We chose to encapsulate the crawlspace and install a dehumidifier and a sump pump. The crew of Joel (foreman), Peter and Zach were great -- hard workers, friendly and very personable! I told them I am never wriggling my way down into that crawlspace again -- and they assured me I won't have to! Today I have complete peace of mind thanks to my friends at DryZone!!

  Dear DryZone. I don’t usually do reviews, but I feel compelled to tell you how pleased I am with the “crew” you had come out and solve my crawlspace issues. It was a really difficult and nasty crawlspace situation:/! Joel, Peter and Zach are unbelievably hard working men! Their attention to detail and quality of work is really outstanding! You should highly value them!! The end result of the encapsulation FAR exceeded my expectations! I was most impressed with how they handled a failing, 75 year old, main structural beam. It was a 30ft beam. They placed 5 SmartJacks with shims. The floor was at least 4 inches off level. When they finished, I put a 6 foot level on the previous “sagging” floor and it was zero bubble…very impressive end result!!! I can’t thank those 3 guys enough for a job well done!! Thanks DryZone!
